CCR has just completed our kitchen renovation & we couldn’t be happier. It started with Matt coming in & giving us a quote. We were really impressed with him from the first day he stepped through our door. Very knowledgeable & professional. Stuart who is the Project Manager, was always a pleasure to deal with. He sure knows his stuff & was always available for any questions or concerns. Great guy & love his accent...lol. Conor & all the other trades we met along the way were very courteous, professional, punctual & just an overall nice crew of guys. We would highly recommend CCR for any renovation. We would definitely hire them again.

Excellent work from crew who were professional and friendly. Took care of everything, communicated all parts of the job to make sure we knew what was going on. Worked within our budget and made great timelines. They set up and worked with all tradesmen required for the job, set up permits and cleaning crew for after completion. You will never find contractors so committed to the project and people they work for!!

When we contacted CCR all we had was an idea. At their suggestion we had drawings created so everyone quoted from the same game plan. Their detailed quote (thanks Matt!) tipped the scales in their favour. We knew exactly where all that money was going and why. Their experience and knowledge helped us to make smart choices and avoid blowing up the budget. We were lucky in that we didn’t have any major unforeseen unavoidable repairs. Thank you so much for helping me realize my dream of having an Adult space I am proud to show. The crews were polite, hardworking and professional. Stuart, was amazing to work with - he showed dedication to getting the job done on time. Matt was the reassuring voice on the other end of the phone and always took the time to explain the details to me. We wouldn't have had the pantry if it wasn't for his brilliant idea, and frankly I think it's my favourite part of the project. Sam, was a pleasure to work with. She had patience and provided guidance for all of my harebrained ideas. The crew were always polite and helpful. The team took the vision in my head and made it a reality, and it's better than expected.

Matt estimated the job very well and the entire team came on time once they started. Since they were familiar with local appliance vendors they even helped with pick up and fit up issues. Very professional and predicatable. They also worked around pets and tenants without any complaints. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free remodel or new bathroom (in my case it was building all new 3 piece bathroom with flooring, drywall etc.)

CCR renovate my master ensuite. They were very professional and yet friendly as well. They were respectful and trustworthy in my home. They communicated everything with me and paid such close attention to detail. All this and finished in a timely manner and within budget. The end result is a beautiful master ensuite.

Wow is all I can say about this company. You will never need to look for another contractor because this is the pinnacle. Every detail is looked after, they finish right on schedule, and the quality of work is second to none. Communication is constant from start to finish. You’ll never regret choosing CCR.

We had a wonderful experience with CCR renovations. We hired them for a large project which saw the finishing of 1100 sq ft of our basement. The team is very professional from the Administrative staff in the office right to every employee and contractor they had work on our basement. They finished within our expected 6 week time frame. Most importantly, any issues that came up along the way were addressed and handled professionally and promptly! There was someone working on our basement every single work day of the 6 weeks. We never had to wonder what was happening. We were kept in the loop and I changed my mind a million times on minor details! With 4 kids running around while the project was being done we felt totally comfortable with everyone who came into our home.

We can't say enough good things about CCR. Matt came to our home and really listened to what we were looking for, and then put together a detailed, itemized quote. He had some great suggestions to add value to our space including extra storage under the stairs. The project started ahead of schedule, and every crew member who worked on our space was pleasant, courteous, and respectful to our whole family. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and left things tidy. The crew was here daily during the week, and we always had notice if a day would be missed. Every effort was made to minimize disruption to our lives.
The work that was done is excellent, and exactly what we were promised while remaining on budget. We are thrilled with our new space, and have really been enjoying it since its completion!
We will definitely call CCR for future projects, and look forward to working with them again.

Like most people when looking for a contractor, the first thing I do is check out the review sites; like HomeStars and Trusted Pros. So, I understand how important a good review can be for acquiring new business. The team from CCR Renovations have exceeded all expectations!

I knew the project was not a simple undertaking as it involved removing a support wall, and after watching too many renovation shows, we were terrified of being one of these horror stories!
We picked out five contractors to provide us with estimates. The quality of the estimates varied from truly professional to embarrassing and sketchy. We had one contractor who took an astonishing fifteen minutes to provide an estimate. He walked into the basement took one measurement and famously stated “yeah we can knock that wall out no problem. I know some guys.” Clearly, he did not leave us feeling very confident in his abilities, or who these “guys were.”
However; Matt, from CCR, was by far the most informed and the most professional. He took the time to go over all aspects of the proposed project. Over the hour and a half he spent with us, Matt was very reassuring but also very realistic about issues that may arise and how we could deal with them.

When we decided to go with CCR we felt pretty confident with our decision. Still, knowing it was a big renovation, we were still nervous! However, the team from CCR made us feel much more secure. The contract was 6 pages, outlining every aspect of the renovation. It also listed a payment schedule upon completion of various aspects of the renovation. It listed all the sub trades and scope of work being completed. It listed warranty information and resolutions for any issues that may arise. It covered things that we had never thought about. To say the least, it was very thorough. I had a couple of coworkers and family review the contract, and we all agreed that someone who puts this much attention into the contract is a true professional who you want working for you.

During the whole renovation the guys from CCR; Matt, Stuart and Connor, and the rest of the team were excellent and professional! As we have an almost 2 year old toddler, and another baby on the way throughout the renovation, we were concerned how much chaos there would be in the house. But Matt and the team worked with us and changed their work hours to accommodate our schedule. Every day they were at the house around 8am after we dropped our daughter off at day care, and they would begin to tidy up around 4pm, leaving the house between 430pm and 5pm or earlier. This was a huge stress relief for us as breakfast and dinner were relatively normal. The entire working area was tarped off and sealed to minimize the mess, the guys truly treated our home with respect and care. They took the time to keep things clean, and minimize the construction mess in the house.

As with any renovation there were several changes and extras that were added by us throughout the project. Despite these changes, the team from CCR were great at coming up with ideas and working out solutions with us. Overall, the team from CCR was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a professional, responsible, and knowledgeable renovation company.
From the initial meeting, to the planning, to the actual work and finally the completed end results, you will be impressed and satisfied.
