Not having ever staged a home before I was a bit hesitant about the idea at first. In looking back I am thankful that I enlisted Barbara's expertise as she not only created a luxurious "magazine look" throughout my home but I am convinced it contributed greatly to the quick sale of our property. She has an eye for detail that I truly admire and I look forward to enlisting her design services for our new home!

I was referred to Alpha One Staging and Barbara Bryant by my Broker. After I met with Barbara, I got a sense she was the real deal, a real pro. She over delivered. When I saw the "after", I really was WOWED. I wanted to raise the list price. In the end, my Sellers sold their property in 3 days and are THRILLED with the result! Our home was staged by Barbara and her team and sold in four days with multiple offers, which was a pleasant surprise to us as we live in an area where such statistics are uncommon. We credit the strong response to our home to staging done by Alphaone. Barbara and her team did an amazing job- we were completely speechless seeing the end result after they staged. We never believed our home could look so good and found ourselves questioning why we were moving in the first place! By switching furniture from different rooms and using her accessories, Barbara was able to completely transform our space and highlight the best features of our home. Barbara has an amazing eye for detail which was reflected in the pictures of our house; we opted out of having an open house but still had over 30 showings which we credit to the house being staged by Barbara. We believe the best investment we made towards selling our house was having our home staged by Barbara. In the end, the successful buyer made a point to tell us she loved the decorating. We were so happy with Barbara’s work that we already plan to have her come to our new house and help us with some planned renovations.

I got a referral for AlphaOne from our realtor and I looked up the website and hired them based on that. We were dealing with Barbara who did the staging of our condo. She recommended we paint (which we did ourselves), change the lighting, and she basically took all our furniture out and brought in furniture and redecorated the place. She did such a fantastic job that we sold the place in 2 days! We were very happy.

I was doing a large renovation on a townhouse in Oakville and Barb consulted on the redesign of the 3500 square feet. We already had a sense of what we wanted but she gave us guidelines and had amazing contacts (tradesmen) in the industry in terms of know how. My She works on a lot of traditional homes and we were doing something modern, but her sense of color and composition are amazing.

They did a staging of our two bedroom condo that we own and it went swimmingly well! We listed on Thursday night and it sold on Monday and I attribute the success of that largely to their staging job. They rearranged the furniture, brought in additional pieces and we were very pleased. It was a little expensive for us but it was well worth the money as we got the results we wanted and a very quick closing. They did a tremendous job!

Being a busy Mom of 2 young kids, it was a HUGE stress relief working with Barbara and her team. We engaged her to help us get our house ready for sale as well as staging it. With one consultation, Barbara was able to envision the overall look of the final staged house and selected all the paint, backsplash and lighting to compliment the look flawlessly. Her team of tradespeople did great work. When we first saw our staged home, we were in utter amazement. Barbara and her team are truly talented. The way they changed the placement of our furniture and added accessories where needed really enhanced the look and feel of the house dramatically. What was truly impressive was the creative way they repurposed some of our furniture which looked great and saved us some rental fees which we really appreciated. When it came time to sell, we really wanted to sell quickly, and of course for the best price, to minimize our displacement which was especially challenging with kids. Despite the slower market at the time, we were thrill that our house sold firm in exactly 1 week. On top of that, we priced our house $10K higher than others in the area and still got 101% of ask!! Barbara designed and created a beautiful spa bathroom for us, which is beyond our expectations. She was involved in all aspects of the renovation with tradespeople and worked very hard to solve problems as they arose. She is very knowledgeable about sourcing and was never satisfied until she achieved the most elegant effect. We were thrilled with the results and also appreciate how functional and comfortable the room is.
