I have a 1000 sq ft flat roof on a warehouse that more than 10 years ago required replacement. Closed cell foam was applied as an alternative to the usual hot tar or bitumen. Spray foam saved removing the old roof and creates a seamless, durable and energy efficient barrier right on top of the existing roof. The foam is finish coated with a roll-on membrane product to protect the foam primarily from sun damage. This top coat must be refreshed every 10 - 15 years depending on exposure. I've been totally happy with the roof the entire 10 years, but as it is an unshaded south east facing roof and the sun beats down on it, it was time to re-coat. There was also a small 10 sq. ft. repair next to a skylight where water had got under the foam. I found Foam Comfort to do the repair and re-coat as the company that had done the original install was no longer in business. Ariel and the Foam Comfort crew were exceptional from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed and tidily removed the damaged foam, re-sprayed new foam and then applied 2 coats of a newer formulation membrane that is bright white to improve heat absorption on the roof. They guarantee their work, but Im totally confident it was done right and Ill get even more years out of this coating than the original. I highly recommend Foam Comfort and I highly recommend spray foam as an alternative to the traditional flat roofing methods.

This was the second company I called as the first didnt bother to call me back. Im glad that happened. The job was to fill half my basement rim joists and to cover the outside walls of a cold room. They came out promptly to quote. They gave good advice on the job and a quote followed promptly. I had some questions that were answered and then I approved the job. A few days later the installer was at the house on time and did a great job. They covered all my equipment and floor with plastic and once done cleaned up all the mess. I will be calling them back when Im ready for my next job.

The quote came in more then half the price I was quoted from someone else and they were able to fit us in within a few days. Donovan contacted me the night before to confirm the time they would be here in the early morning. They showed up promptly and were very friendly. When they were finished Donovan had myself and my husband take a look up into the attic to see the amount of insulation they sprayed. Foam Comfort did everything right: really nice to deal with on the phone, prompt service, excellent outcome and reasonable price (this type of insulation isn't cheap anywhere so expect to pay more than conventional batting). Their crew showed up first thing in the morning and had it finished in 2 hours. It looks great and my contractor said they were nice to deal with. Some companies seem to get everything right and Foam Comfort is one of them. Happy to recommend.

We used Foam Comfort previously for spray foam insulation.

We called them up to blow in cellulose fibre insulation for the attic to bring up to code.
