Few years ago, Core Temp installed for us a furnace and an air conditioning. This fall, the furnace stop working and I have called Core Temp. Based on the error code, Richard come immediately (one hour after my call) and replace some parts, under warranty. I am writing this review to express my thanks to Core Temp for such quick response and to exemplify the care that they show for their customers. Thank you very much!
