My neighbour recommended Val when my previous plumber was unavailable. I was nervous about finding a plumber after the two recent storms that hit Toronto, resulting in near record flooding (July 2024). I reached out to Val and he responded immediately, to my relief!

Val was responsive and is clearly knowledgeable. He provided me with everything I needed to obtain the city's rebates for these services, as well as to communicate with my insurer. He had his amazing team (shout out to Dennis!) at my place within a week of my retaining him. Val was easy to communicate with by text message, and completely professional in our dealings. I would not hesitate to recommend Val and his team to anyone.

We then contacted Valentin, received an estimate, and scheduled an appointment within four hours of texting him. Three days later, he arrived with all the necessary parts and tools and fixed everything within 15 minutes. His work was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Valentin is the best! I had him inspect the valves under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. After he diagnosed the situation, he determined my valves were ok and did not need upgrades or repairs. I had a bad experience with another plumber who unnecessarily upgraded nearly everything in my other kitchen at a huge cost. Valentin was the complete opposite and only fixed what needed to be done, nothing extra.

The main pro is Valentin is super responsive with his communication. He always takes the time to answer all of my silly questions about plumbing. I don't know how he does it. He is truly a professor of plumbing!
