Valentin came to fix our sink sprayer, leaky toilet, and replace a spiget. His work was neat and well done, with attention to detail. I've had a toilet with a chain that catches. I've asked two other plumbers about it but the problem wasn't solved. Valentin knew just what was needed right away and he looked up the product online with me to ensure that I ordered the correct part. We would definitely call him again.

Valentin was a pleasure to work with. I discovered a leak in the roof of my garage on March 18. Valentin quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked pipe. This was a really messy job as the pipes were coated and surrounded by pink foam insulation, and they lay close to electrical lines. Valentin not only fixed the pipes, but he cleaned up after himself. He was respectful, polite and honest. And to top it off, when my car wouldn't start, he gave it a boost, saving me a call to CAA!!

Hi, on Feb 2013 I had a broken pipe; it leaked for a while..., and I didn't know - until the water came out from the floor tiles. I have searched on the internet and found a small contractor that wouldn't charge me too much. Valentin came within several hours from the call. He fixed the pipe, worked clean and charged a reasonable amount.

We bought a new washer/dryer & needed to move the laundry sink to install the machines together (dryer middle, washer left due to door-swing, & sink right). Valentin answered my call & email promptly & we set up a time soon after. He came on time, worked efficiently & we are very happy with his top quality work. As with many Toronto homeowners impacted by the Smart Water Meter program, we found we needed to make some significant changes to our plumbing to allow the meter to be put in place. Valentin @ Strong was very quick to arrive and assess our requirments and his team (well an army really) were punctual and completed the project in good order. The quality of the work was high. Very happy with the price for this project. Subsequent calls we have made to Strong have been satisfactory - ordinary plumbing issues have been resolved, but the cost has been on the high side.

Discovered a massive leaking pipe in the basement a midnight one night. Called Valentin and left a message right away. He returned my call right away at the crack of dawn and was over a couple hours later. The problem was compounded by the fact the broken pipe was in an unreachable position. Valentin managed to come up with a bypassing solution using pex tubing and it fixed the problem perfectly! Unfortunately it required some extra post-op drywall work on our part but that's better than a flooded basement!
On top of everything else he's a great guy, very friendly and courteous. We had a great conversation on the beautiful game (soccer). It's the second time I've used Valentin and Strong Plumbing Co. and my first review. I recommend Strong Plumbing Co to all my friends.
