Rose Sun Motor Tech Ltd was one of several companies I compared to install motorized skylight blinds for two skylights on a high, vaulted ceiling. I was immediately impressed with Leo’s patience and expertise during his initial visit. He promptly followed up with my request for a reference. The price for the project was competitive, but what really stood out was the conscientious attitude and pleasant demeanor of the installation team and their willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy our every special request. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose Sun Motor Tech.

A friend recommended Rose Sun Motor Tech Ltd. to us and we are very satisfied with their work. Leo gave us advice on roller blinds and personally came to our condo to do the measurements. The blinds were made and installed 2 weeks after. The installers were punctual, courteous and professional. They removed all the garbage and even vacuumed after their work. Leo & Crew were very good in making sure that the blinds we received were installed properly and to our satisfaction. We were having our windows replaced so we decided to replace the blinds as well. We chose Rose Sun based on their reviews and the information on their website.
They went through several rounds of tweaking the quote, and once it was settled they met the timeline for delivery (including getting it mostly done while my wife was away for the day as a surprise). They did end up installing it over two days vs. one because the natural light makes things better for detail work, which I was fine with.
Everyone was great to deal with, the blinds look amazing, and the skylight blind has been a huge improvement to sleeping at night.

Leo runs a very professional business. I had a motorized blind installed in my condo many years ago and was very happy with the quality of the product. After ~4 years, the motor started to fail, however Rose Sun offers a 5 year warranty on their products. Leo came personally to replace the motor and made sure I was happy with the result before leaving.

Ordered 4 bottom/up motorized blinds (living/dining rooms), 6 regular blinds (bedrooms) in November of 2013. Amazing blinds and expert installation. Privacy and light - the best of both worlds. This month, we had a technical glitch, which Leo came out to personally fix. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and professional assistance from everyone at the company. If I could, I would give them 11 stars.

This is a long overdue review as I was positive I had written it before but just realized it was not published.
The 17-feet windows of our apartment was a challenging project from the start to finish. We received quotes from a few different companies but didn't like either the price or the solution offered by them. Leo and the team gave us an efficient and elegant solution at a reasonable cost.

There were a number of technical difficulties along the way but they managed to work around them and worked until the wee hours to finish the installation.

We have already recommended their work to a few friends and will certainly work with them again in the future.

Rose Sun Motor did a very good job with the installation of blinds in my home. They were on time, have a good quality product, and excellent service. I would recommend this company.

Rose Sun Motor Tech Ltd. installed a motorized blind for my skylight and did a very good job. The installation was seamless with no interruptions, and I am satisfied with their work, very good.

There is some slight fraying on my blinds but I don’t think that was their fault, I think whoever cut is responsible for this. I’m sure if I contacted them it would be fixed. The motor they used was great, every other company couldn’t fit the blinds right, leaving three inches of space between the windows and the blinds. The owner has a special tool he invented himself, which allows him to layer the blinds, and make them fit perfectly. He’s realty nice too and I have already recommended this company to other people.
