Pattern Lock Interlocking

The guys did a great job putting in stone pavers, a garden area and a concrete pad for my shed. They worked hard and did everything needed to make the customer happy. The job was done in just 2 days and they left the job site clean and ready to enjoy.

They were also polite and accommodating despite some last minute changes I wanted. Overall great experience and absolutely no complaints.

They came in and ripped out all or 40+ year old interlocking stone and old patio and replaced it with a new composite deck and patio around our pool. The work looks fantastic and the whole team was very friendly and easy to work with. They also topped up all the ground and put in new sod to level the yard out properly with the new patio stone and deck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

After meeting with several contractors for our interlocking job, we finally met with Jeff. Jeff was very professional and easy to reach. He listened to what we wanted our backyard to look like and made excellent suggestions. Jeff also created a 3D video of what we would be getting (which sealed the deal). The work being created by Roger and Joe and the crew from Pattern lock Interlocking were excellent and met my expectations. As the foreman and owner Roger and Joe were very hands on and were easy to speak with. I would recommend this company if your looking for interlocking around your pool or having them build you a new deck. Thanks again for the fabulous yard you created for us.

So I originally wrote a very bad review about this company.
But now that Roger has come back and fixed everything that should have been done earlier in the year I can honestly say that I am finally satisfied with the work that has been done and fixed. Roger and his dad came back and even solved a problem with our down spout and told my husband the best way to make it better so that it doesn't ice up again this coming winter. I will recommend this company to my friends and family if they ever want to have work done at the front of there house. They do do good work and they have been efficient this time. Thank you Roger dor coming back to fix what needed to be fixed. It was greatly appreciated.

I found this company through local advertisement and got a quote from Jeff. He was very professional and pleasant so we decided to go with this company. At the beginning this job was done well and efficiently and we were satisfied at first. The following year Roger was supposed to come back and glue the stones down around the gardens and put the polymeric sand down as well, but unfortunately he didnt. Roger doesn't honour his guarantee and doesn't show up when he says he is going to. This all happened a year later after we paid everything in full which was $12,000. Our warranty is for 2 years which is coming to an end and there is still work that needs to be completed. Both myself and my husband feel that they took our money and ran so they don't have to come back to finish the job. We have sent pictures and videos to them to fix the problems and they said they would be here this spring....still nothing. Our property might seem small to the company but in my eyes it was a big job to me. Will not recommend this company unless they come and honour their warranty

The first person that I met with was Jeff who does the sales and the 3d renderings. I explained to Jeff what I was looking at having done and Jeff offered a 3D rending to make sure that we were on th same page. This was great! When jeff came back with the rendering I was amazed...it was exactly what i had envisioned. When work started I met the crew and Joe who is the supervisor great bunch of guys to have working at your home.
They cleaned up at the end of each day which was great to see.
The one thing that I liked is that the owner of the company Roger would show up every day as well as Jeff to make sure that the work was being completed as I wanted.

I'm very satisfied with the work that pattern lock has done for me and i will be definitely calling them back next spring to do my front yard.
