Very satisfied with Zenic's work!

I was looking for a few quotes and I really needed to get the job done the next day. Zenic was ready and willing to come at any time during any day. I really appreciated how he was very accommodating considering I just called him and he came the day right after.

He arrived on time and him and his associate filled up our attic insulation faster than I was expecting.

I only needed part of my attic insulated considering we did renovations to only part of the house. Other companies were quoting me a minimum charge, but I found Zenic to be the most fair considering he was able to come the next day as well.

I would say you made a good decision if you chose Zenic to do your insulation!

Zdenek and his associate did a great job with our attic insulation this morning. Arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Also did a great job making sure that the room and area was completely clean after the insulation. Will most definitely recommend/refer to others!

We were advised to top up our attic insulation from R32 to R60, and decided to get it done with Zenic Insulation. Zdenek and his associate arrived on time and were very pleasant. After inspecting the attic and explaining a couple of issues, they proceeded to finish the job very efficiently and explained what they did before cleaning up and leaving the house as it was before the job. I chose them to proceed and they were able to schedule me a few days out at a time that worked for our family.

We needed to bump up our roof insulation.
Zdenek was punctuate on time and left my place very clean.
no dust or insulation left overs.
The whole job took just over an hour.

The job was a cellulose top-up from R15 to R60+. Zenick was very upfront with the prices on the phone providing a breakdown for additional work items if needed. He only recommended the essential items to do.

He came early in the morning and completed the work with no fuss or mess. The only recommendation was to get rid 5 or 6 moldy spots.

Now the temperature of the house is pretty much equalized from floor to floor. Before I felt a very slight draft which makes the living area cooler even with the heat turned up.

Overall great service by a very upfront and courteous team. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended!

Zenic and his team were punctual, professional and efficient with their work. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as found. The work was seamless in delivery and most reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

I had the good fortune to call on Delta Zenic Insulation to inspect a concern I had with my attic insulation. The owner, Zdenek, responded to my query and came out the next day. Upon inspection it turned out that my problem was much greater than having had the insulation disturbed by some animal. Upon inspection Zdenek showed me that the previous installation of blown-in fibreglass insulation to bring existing up to R50 had been poorly done with blocked soffits resulting in poor air circulation causing moisture & mold problems. The recommendation was to remove the existing insulation & replace with cellulose insulation

to R50. It took 2 days to R & R the 2 attic areas & was a difficult job with very tight quarters for Zdenek to operate in. Zdenek & his very capable female assistant arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. both days & commenced work immediately. Zdenek provided me with photos of the work being done throughout the process. Upon completion he allowed me a visual inspection to explain the work done including the installation of 30 baffels where none had previously existed. Post procedure cleanup was totally satisfactory & our premises were left as before work started. I would highly recommend Delta Zenic Insulation to family & friends.

In this day and age, I can’t believe that we found a company like this! I was contacted within 10 minutes of my email sent to them and was given a quote over the phone. They came in2 days and arrived right at 8 am as scheduled. They were quick, efficient and very clean. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of job done. Great job!!
