After calling Ty and inquiring about his carpet cleaning services, he explained everything in detail, and made sure I was well informed on his company and services. He did a great job of cleaning our two biggest rooms upstairs and adjoining hallway. He was able to remove some dark stains we were'nt sure would come out, but he did it! We have carpet in the basement that was ten years old, it is a full rec room as well as a spare bedroom, and came all the way up stairs. It had a red wine stain along with many other stains, once Parma Cleaning was finished they were ALL GONE! I was truly AMAZED...
