When you are contracting the construction of your own home as well as working full time, there is no time for anything but professionalism and Rijus delivers. Plans were completed on time, with no hassles on revisions and the price was very fair. Even engineering was arranged by Rijus. Plenty of free advice also. I have since contacted them for additional plans. Repeat business is the best compliment that you can give I believe. Good work Rijus team.

Jason came recommended to us and we presented our ideas to him and he changed it into our dream home ,we are contracting it out ourselves and have had great remarks on how good these drawings are we are planning to send Jason a picture of the finished product , my son is planning to build his home and I have all intentions to recommend Jason .

We are building a new home, what you have to go through, getting permits etc.. to do something like this is exhausting but... when you come across someone like Jason to help you through the process, it makes it so much better. Jason was patient! (especially when we decided to go with a whole new plan) and offered great advice & suggestions. I highly recommend Rijus to anyone and am so glad I found them!

We were looking to build a country style home and knew that Rijus had the knowledge and experience that we needed. The experience was great! We were serviced mostly by Jason, but his father Richard would also provide his opinion and expertise. Together they made a great team and provided us with a great product. We currently live several hundred miles away from Cayuga where we plan to build our retirement home. Rijus was great in putting our ideas to drawings, and guiding us through all the options available. They also presented ideas of their own. They opened their offices so we could interview builders. We were in constant contact with Jason as the plans progressed, and we always felt that he had all the time for us that we needed. Being so far away, it was nice to have the personal contact.

When we decided to purchase a pool for the family we also figured it was time to enlarge the kicthen and tie it in with the pool area.
We had used Rijus for our original home plans and were very happy so we gave them a call again. After a few meetings and some great suggestions we came away with a great design and are overjoyed with the end result!!

Upon receiving a wonderful piece of property from my father, my husband and I set out to build our dream home. After looking at several hundred house plans on the internet and in books, we settled on a plan. Our builder then led us to RIJUS where our plans became reality. Richard and Jason were wonderful from the beginning of the project until the end and answered our MANY questions. Jason was very helpful with the little details that as a first time home builder, I wouldn't think of.
We are completely happy with our new home and thoroughly enjoyed our experience from working with Jason on the plans right through to the final product.
