Mark and partner cleaned out a the items we had put together. al lot were to be recycled and some were just broken or worn out. The two gentlemen were professional, personable and easy going. We will keep coming back to this company. Thank you very much.

Have used these guys multiple times now. Never had a problem. Very nice to deal with. Respectful and professional when on-site and very thorough doing their work. Clearly communicate to the customer all aspects of the job before they start. Would definitely hire them anytime when needed

These guys did a great job sorting and removing the junk I had stored on my balcony after moving. They were polite, very accommodating, and gave me a great price! Thank you Dustin and Kyle.

The team had fantastic customer service and did a terrific job handling unexpected needs with what was a huge job. Their service is surprisingly sustainable with incredible recycling programs and a low landfill rate. I appreciated their positive everything can happen attitude and reasonable rates. Tristan and Nathan were very knowledgeable, professional and organized. Tristan explained the entire removal and pricing process before beginning the actual move. They carefully removed all items from inside and outside of my home and kept me updated regarding any potential price changes as the truck was filled. This was an important removal day for us, as it helped to prepare us for a move into our new home. I would recommend Tristan and Nathan at (1 800 Got Junk) in a heartbeat!

Mark and Alex called exactly when I was told they would. They showed right on time, were professional, kind, worked quickly and cleaned up after. They were super and made it easy.

My cost was higher based on some of the City fees that are charged due to some if the construction and other materials I was getting rid of. Pricing is compatible to others.

I needed to empty a rental house of appliances and miscellaneous small items. Tayler and Trey were great. They rearranged their busy day to help meet my schedule and were prompt, very courteous, helpful and efficient. They were a pleasure and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Called ahead to notify when they were coming. Phoned again once they had arrived. Gave an estimate as to what the cost would be. Were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area where the junk was. Were friendly and easy to talk to.

This was my second service with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Tristan was present for both pickups and displayed professional, knowledgeable & efficient customer service. All items were packed according to waste, paper recycling, & donations. A StairMaster which was very heavy & bulky was moved very carefully from the house which I appreciated. I will definitely be requesting another pickup and highly recommend this company.
