I was so impressed by the fast response to my request for a carpet installation on my stairs. From the initial phone call, to the consultation with product samples to the installation itself, the team was professional, easy to work with and their final product is beautiful!

Couldn't be happier. Mark was very helpful and professional with initial planning. The installation was finished in one day and was perfect. Jason was profesional, polite and very efficient. They also did a great job of cleaning before they left.

Our carpet in our master bedroom, long hallway, and one other bedroom was buckled and wrinkled. It was getting worse. We never even knew there was such a service that could restretch and repair our wall to wall carpet. We thought we would have to replace it. Mark came and gave us an estimate. Did not try to upsell us and was honest in his assessment of our carpet issues. The technicians Jason and Ian were on time, worked very hard and we are very pleased with the final result. It was much cheaper than having to replace the entire carpet. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone who has the same issues.

Carpet Repair.

3 years ago our new 5lb. puppy chewed out the bottom of the stairs and along a baseboard. I found the remnants of the carpet so went on line and found Mark. He was very fast to respond. In the same week he came out and repaired both places. Most would have cut out the chewed strip only but when Mark saw a urine stain on the under side, he took it all the way back to the seam in the doorway, cut out all of the curves and angles and reinstalled the whole piece. I don't think he expected to be here for 3 hours for a relatively small job. He did a beautiful job. My next new carpet will come from Mark. Thank you Mark. You were terrific. B&E Perry.

I picked Victorious from the Home Stars reviews. I am so happy I went with Victorious. They responded to my request for a quote on a timely basis. Mark came and looked at the unique project. He took the time to think thru how best to get the carpet down to the basement and where the seams might be or to use one large piece. He made great suggestions on the type of carpet for the location. The installers were friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. They were respectful to my shared driveway. The carpet looks great. So happy.

I needed a new runner for upstairs and a full-carpet on stairs for the basement. I contacted Victorious and I quickly got a response back. I worked with Mark who made the whole process smooth and easy. He came to the house with samples so we could see the carpet in the natural light. He gave us great advice too. The installation team came on time and they were efficient and friendly. This process was very easy and professional. I would use them again for future carpet projects.

Victorious Carpet came and fixed a fraying spot on my landing to the basement of my house. It looks brand new again now. Great communication from booking the appointment to a call to let me know they were on their way and an ETA of when they would arrive.
They even had their work checked meticulously before leaving. Would definitely recommend Victorious for flooring repairs and I am sure installations are just as good.
