We are repeat customers and Mark always provides great customer service. Right from the initial call outlining options for the job, to attending in home with samples and recommendations, and making convenient arrangements for installation. Our last project was in a condo and Mark swiftly provided all the required WSIB and Insurance documents needed in order to proceed. The installation was clean and very well done by courteous professionals. We would highly recommend Victorious Carpet & Flooring for your carpeting needs.

I warmly recommend Victorious Carpet to everyone needing new carpets installed. We had 3 bedrooms carpeted by Victorious and we have been very satisfied with the installation, choice of carpets offered, and overall interaction and service. Mark has done the estimate and listened carefully to our needs and; he has been very detailed in his explanation and offered good tips as well. His estimate also included at our request the moving of a few pieces of heavy furniture. He promptly answered our questions also via phone and email. Jason, the lead installer, has also been very attentive and handled everything with care. Overall we are very satisfied customers. I attach a picture of the new carpet (with the immediate seal of approval).

Very Personalized and Professional Carpet Company

I needed to replace the carpet runners on 4 sets of stairs and Mark came out in person to give me a quote and show samples without charging me like some other companies tried to. He gave good advice about going up to a nylon pile carpet due to the high traffic and my naughty cats, and quoted me a discontinued line which save me money, and advised me to order extra carpet in case of replacement in the future. His crew were efficient installing within 2 weeks of the quote and they also repaired a ripped carpet in my basement with a patch and you can't even tell! Mark also asked for feedback right after the installation to ensure I was satisfied. I love the look and feel of my new carpet runners!

Victorious Flooring delivered excellent service, starting from first communication and up to finishing our four bedrooms, hall and stairs.
Mark was available any time to response to all our question with very clear and detail explanations. All installation details were discussed in advance. During installation the crew of two people was very professional, paying attention to small details. They provided detail explanation on possible options regarding specific issues and helped us to make right divisions. We are completely satisfied with the service and will recommend Victorious Flooring to our friends

Excellent! Mark and team made my newly purchased home beautiful!

Mark was very professional to deal with and the pricing was fair, imho. The installers, Ramsey and Kemal arrived early, were courteous, professional and worked tirelessly to install the carpet in our home. I don't think they even took a lunch break! They replaced old carpet and installed beautiful fresh new carpet for our upstairs. The difference is incredible. Ramsey and Kemal were machines and worked over 10 hours to get the job completed. Ramsey also identified some issues with the concrete flooring underneath and had fixed it appropriately to ensure that the carpet would be optimal for the installation. He also fixed a problem with the bathroom flooring connecting to the carpet, which was a courtesy service he provided.

I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet and Flooring!
