From start to end, the experience in selecting and installing custom runners for my 37steps+landings was absolutely amazing.

I had submitted an online quote and Mark got back immediately with a detailed estimate based upon the pictures I had submitted online.

From there, he helped answer all my questions and I felt very comfortable with moving forward. What motivated me to move forward to have a home consultation, where dozens of patterns/colours were offered to me. It was helpful to see the colours/patterns in my own home (vs. seeing them in the store).

I then decided to move forward...for many reasons including the comfort that Victorious Flooring has been around for some time (vs. fly by the night company) and they had a strong warranty to cover any issues for the actual install....as well, at no time did I ever feel any pressure.

On the installation day, it was super efficient. Everything was done that day.... Mike and his assistant were skilled, efficient and courteous. I can tell they did the job well. Also, they did a thorough cleaning after the install...so absolutely nothing for me to clean up.

I've used other carpet companies in the past, and this was by far my best experience. Kudos to Mark, Mike and the team.

I had to have a part of my carpet underpad replaced and our existing carpet relaid after water damage occurred. Happy to find a company that gave me attention despite it being a relatively small job. Communication with Mark was excellent and everything was easy to set up over the phone/ online. The work was completely timely and efficiently and we are happy with the results. Jason the technician was great. Would definitely recommend!

What an exceptional experience!

Efficient and wonderful carpet installation

We have been very impressed with their service. We have been extremely pleased with their services from initial consultation to final completion of carpet installation. We are new to home renovation, and don't know much about what's best for us. With Mark's experience, he has provided us with extremely insightful and helpful information on what would be the best for us considering our room layout, lighting in the room, wall paint colour, pet... etc. We needed the job done soon, and Victorious Carpet was able to work with our urgent need and send in a team of experienced staffs to install the carpet in a timely manner.
