Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services

We needed a new installation of carpet in our basement and we called Mark and were not disappointed. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Victorious flooring to my friends.

Called Mark on short notice to get a quote to replace carpet on stairs. He was so helpful and honest about carpet quality and prices that I asked him to do our basement as well. He was able to install the carpet the next week and the job was done within a day. He provided us with great advice and a great price with some free extras. Despite the short notice, the work was done great. I would definitely recommend Mark as he was very informed, speedy, friendly and great to work with.

I had several spots on my carpet to be repaired. Mark recommended that cutting them out and replacing with carpet remenant would be more noticeable. He and his colleague tried 2 stain removers that worked wonders. He wouldn't even let me pay for his time & travel.

Mark did a great job of walking us through the process of installing a carpet from our front door to our stairs and a runner all the way up the stairs.

Not knowing how to install carpet we had no idea what was possible; all we knew was that we didn't want to put any nails or tacks into our brand new hardwood floor!

Mark took the time to explain what our options were and what would look the best in our house through many emails and calls, each time being very courteous and responsive.

We had selected the carpet from a reputable store, but their estimate to purchase and install the carpet ended up being a bit higher than we wanted to spend.

But we didn't give up and searched here on Homestars for someone with a great reputation to do the installation. His price for installation was about 1/2 of what the store would have charged and I don't think the quality of the installation suffered a bit.
Mark even went so far as to pickup the carpet from the store, take it to his warehouse to cut and bind the carpet then bring it back to my house to install the stair runner in about 90 minutes.

I recently moved to a new house and immediately wanted to replace the carpet and secure the subfloor so that it would not squeak. Mark was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. He does the work himself (with his crew) and gets the job done in the time estimated. Now I have a floor which looks and feels great but also does not squeak. (I hate squeaky floors!) Would definitely recommend him for any type of carpet work.

Mark came over as soon as he could and had many samples to select from. He was back again as soon as my order came in. He and his associate were very quick and I barely noticed they were in except that my place had a whole new feel. The work they did was great and I couldnt be happier. Next time I need any carpet work done I know exactly who to go to!

Mark and his team did a great job. Now I actually want to be in my basement! He was organized and punctual and there was no mess upon completion of the job. His team did not leave anything for me to complain about (which is very unusual!).

replacing carpet in downtown condo can be a nightmare. many restricted rules and such. i was very lucky to contact victorious carpet. mark at the Victorious carpet is very professional, reliable. No need to mention he did an amazing job installing the new carpet but he also made sure to clean up the place as if nothing ever happened. Turn around time is amazingly fast and he will work with your schedule. On top of that, he is an extremely nice & fun individual as well. I will recommend him to my friends & family for sure.
