Thank goodness for Mark!

We have a rental property. The last tenant caused a small tear in the carpet, and we were thinking we were going to have to replace the entire thing.

Mark did the opposite of an upsell. He listened to our needs and worked with us to come up with the ideal solution for our budget and timeline, which was to take a piece of carpet out of the closet and use that to repair the tear in the centre of the room. Had he been a less honorable fellow he could easily have convinced us to replace everything, but he genuinely wanted to do what was right for us.

We are so happy with the work (see attached photos) and will absolutely be using Marks services next time we need carpeting. If you need carpet replacement or repairs, hire this man!!

Mark arrived on time and completed the repair of a 3" cut in our bedroom carpet in just under an hour. The repair involved removing a piece from a closet and then replacing that piece with the damaged carpet. The repair job was nothing short of amazing!! You can barely see the seams and he was able to alter the colour of the closet material to very closely match the repair area which has had over 10 years of traffic and sun exposure. My wife and I were absolutely blown away with this job and would highly recommend Mark from Victorius Carpets for any type of repair work!

Great job!
We had rented out the basement for a specific date well in advance however our plumbing contractor made such a mess which left us only 48 hours to have the carpet re-installed.
The new carpet was ripped out by the plumbers and made the reinstallation very difficult however Victorious Carpet repaired and completed the job and were very efficient.
We would like to thank Mark and his crew for accepting the job on a last minute basis and would recommend their service to everyone.

We needed to replace our stair runner as it was being destroyed by our pets. After emailing 6 or 7 companies, Mark called very quickly and was able to come see what we needed and show samples the very next day. He clearly knew his stuff and was careful to explain everything and talk about potential animal-friendly options or other issues that could arise. The repair was booked for less than a week later (right after Christmas!) and Jason and his assistant were extremely professional and did a great job. The runner now looks and feels great. Thank you!

From estimate to install this was an excellent experience. Mark came to take measurements and provided an estimate quickly. Jason came and installed the carpet. Both were friendly and professional. We have an irregular shaped bedroom and Victorious was able to come up with a great solution to minimize the number of seams. Carpet looks great. We are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend them.
