I am very pleased with the overall professional service provided by Marco. The shutters are well made with quality material and finish. Installation service was also excellent. Delivery time was spot on.

Ordered a Custom California Shutter for my upper landing, with 4-frames. Marco took the time to suggest safety features, custom-made to protect my kids from falling through the over-hang. They delivered a beautiful product and the installer Randy didn't leave any step of the installation unless it was perfect. These guys are real pros and take their craft seriously. We are very fickle about work done in our house and they exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys.

We had the majority of windows on our main floor done last year--LOTS of windows but it was still all done in less than a day. Over a year ago, I was in the market for shutters to cover all the windows in my newly purchased downtown Ottawa condo. Disillusioned by the limited options in Ottawa, which were low in quality and very high in costs, I had begun to research for options in bigger cities such as Montreal and Toronto. The contractor I was working with in Ottawa then assured me that he could get me the exact shutters I wanted from Toronto for fraction of the price that others in Ottawa were quoting me.

A Divine Design Shutters constructed the shutters to the exact size, style, and colour that I had requested and the contractor installed them with ease. The owner of A Divine Design even took the time to come to my home in Ottawa during a trip for his children’s hockey game to take the measurements personally.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but feel that A Divine Design Shutters really merits this time. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with the craftsmanship, quality and design of the shutters. A year later, the shutters look as new as the first day they were installed and I still get great compliments from everyone that enters my home.

I wish that all companies took this much pride in their work – it would certainly make home ownership more pleasant.
