My experience with the door house was very good. The moment I spoke with Al Kehler to request a quote, I knew I was going to be purchasing my new garage door from the Door House. He was very pleasant and patient with me in explaining everything to me over the phone. Other companies didn't seem to have the patience for my lack of knowledge on the installation of a new door. Some companies took two weeks to return my quote, where The Door House sent my quote via email the next day, and came to verify measurements and color within a week. The young man that installed my door was very professional, and obviously had a lot of experience as the installation went very smooth.
He left no mess and my new door works and looks great. I cannot believe how quiet the door runs, and how much warmer my garage is. A great investment as I will no longer have a cold living room. :)

The Door House has installed the garage door openers at both our primary residence and our rental property. While the openers at our residence have operated trouble-free for years and years, there has been an intermittent problem at the rental unit. We thought the problem was called by poor alignment of the sensors, so we were reluctant to pay the $100 call-out charge. Eventually, the problem got so bad that we called them out and Randall quickly determined that there was a faulty sensor, which had probably been faulty since they installed them for us. Since he happened to have a used sensor in his van, he replaced the defective one without charge, saying that it had probably been defective at installation. No charge! And he tightened up some loose bolts on the door while he was there. I can't say enough about the service we have received, and I will certainly call on the Door House again.

This is a great company, they are very knowledgeable about the products available and are very willing to provide alternatives. Al is always quick to provide a response to inquiries and Randall does an excellent job of the installation. They are punctual, proficient and careful not to damage anything during the garage door replacement. I had The Door House replace a garage door at another property and was equally happy with that job as well; I'm a very satisfied repeat customer and strongly recommend The Door House.
