Dealt with the company this summer - helped me design my front lawn. Enjoyed working with them: it was obvious they knew their business and finished the project before the agreed deadline. Now my neighbours keep asking me for their contacts. Surely would recommend them!

Hands down for Michael & his team! So sorry for his competitors, but this guy is by far the best in this business.
So I picked a few guys , within pool removal business and they all come to visit my home, no question about that. However one guy who is doing also demolition he said that this will cost me too much because my pool is a concrete build.
Another one which is doing some pool fill ins, don't remember now the company name, but he said something about pool people ... whatever, he gave me price with $3,000 more than Michael's.
Anyway, beside the price, Sure cut company shows up right in time to my house and did the job in one day !!!
They cleaned everything after they are done and that's the story.

Based on feedback from HomeStars I decided to give MIke call to fill a 16'x32' pool. Mike is very responsive and his quote competitive. The work was done promptly and professionally and more importantly, ahead of schedule! I will recommend Sure Cut for all residential pool fill jobs.

Michael and his crew were completely professional, friendly and polite. I was astonished at how quickly (in two days) - and carefully - our pool was dismantled and filled-in. Michael and the folks at Sure Cut did a great job on our pool fill-in. What impressed us was they did not leave the job site until we were satisfied. They addressed all our major concerns.

As with any major job for your home, make sure to discuss all aspects up front with the contractor. Mike and Brian are reasonable so the sooner they know about your concern the better.

For us, one of the strengths of Sure Cut that set them apart, is they use appropriate, clean fill. Also, they are attentive to proper drainage and compaction practices that ensure a good result.

Michael Sparrow explained the pool demolition process in detail and provided a professional written quote. He was able to address all concerns from impact on city road and safety of children to expectations for clean up. During the fill in process, the crew's extensive experience was evident. They worked non-stop in a coordinated manner to properly and safely demolish and fill in the pool. The crew was very polite and professional in their interactions. The clean up of the road and property exceeded expectations and the crew worked well after dark to ensure the sod was laid and the job was finished. Due to rain, the job didn't begin when planned but it was worth the wait! We would highly recommend Sure Cut to others. Thanks Mike, Erin and the guys!
