Prestige Duct Cleaning

Roberto and Darrell came out to my house recently to clean my ducts. You guys did a wicked job! I am very happy! First time using you and I definitely will again.

I used Prestige Carpet & Duct Cleaning for both services in my home. This was the first time I have used their services and I was very happy with the end result. The technicians were very professional in their approach to all aspects of the project including cleaning up after themselves before leaving. No complaints whatsoever.

I used Prestige Duct Cleaning to have my ducts cleaned this year and have used their carpet & furniture services as well. Everything was wonderful! The service was great and the techs are great

Came on time, job completed at a fast pace ? did not offer any advise, had to ask. Cannot compare to others as first time Duct cleaning.
Booking lady did not mention addtional waste cost of 15 CAD.

TERRIBLE RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. 7 months later and I have still yet to hear from the owner who "promised" he would call to address my issues. At booking didn't tell me I couldn't have my 4 year old anywhere near the house, so when they arrived the "tech" told me we had to leave basically kicking me out of my house. When we came back home I discovered metal shavings in numerous places on the floor in my basement that I had to vacuum so no one cut their feet! they also left plastic hole covers all throughout the basement discarded. When we looked in numerous vents we noticed significant dust and build up still present. I have called and complained and was promised a follow up call and I have sent emails as well with no response! I WILL NEVER recommend this company. Terrible customer service and their techs are rude. Take your money and run type of company that has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be calling them in a year's time for their recommended follow up. Prestige Duct Cleaning is Pitiful.

I took advantage of a special offer, in an ad, for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with Prestige Duct Cleaning. First, I did my research to ensure the company was indeed NADCA certified. I spoke with Kathy, who was very polite, answered all of my questions and provided me with an accurate quote for the services I needed. Two days later, we had two gentlemen from Prestige do our very first home duct cleaning. They were courteous, quick, and neat. They even wore little baggies over their shoes as not to soil our floors. I especially liked the older gentleman; he was very personable (I forget his name). From what I can tell, the ducts appear quite clean and the air (seems) to feel lighter – but that is probably all in my head. Overall, glad we went with this company. They were far more reasonable than other certified companies that I researched. Good job for a fair price.

Great service and very thorough in explaining what was being done!! Got a quote Thursday night. Spoke to the rep Friday and they performed the service on Saturday. I was told that it would be between 8am and 12pm (noon). The doorbell rang at 7:56am!! Was not expecting them to be on time. It did take approx the 2 hrs that the rep quoted. And in the winter, 2 hrs with the door open and no heat on in the house was long :(. Regardless, the air seems to be cleaner. I have sinus issues so let's just see what my sinuses say over the next few days/weeks.

I recently got my duct's cleaned for the winter service. Prestige came as a reference from a friend in Durham, and since they would travel to Scarborough I tried it out.

Job well done, no complaints.

They were fantastic!
They were clean and neat and explained the process to me.

I was very pleased with their service and I would definitely usse them again!
