Very impressed with Prestige Duct Cleaning. Head office provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Head office promptly replied to questions I had and followed up with time the technicians would arrive. Service technicians Eaisuke and Kevin were awesome. Very professional and respectful of my home. I will definitely use Prestige Duct cleaning again and recommend them every chance I get.

We hired Prestige to clean our ducts and furnace. The technicians were polite, clean and efficient. The air quality after cleaning was noticeable as my sons and my allergies improved almost immediately. Ted and the office staff were total professionals. I couldn't rate the work, staff or customer service any higher. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use this company. They went above and beyond all my expectations.

Did an online quote request, and got a detailed exact quote via email in a very short time. Called the next morning to discuss and book and they immediately had my quote in front of them tied to my phone #. They answered my questions, and there were no hidden costs. I was able to book for the following morning, and they told me I would get a confirmation call later the same day and a call in the morning to confirm my final time slot. Every person I spoke to , and the email quote were completely professional and accurate.
I decided to purchase the a/c coil cleaning as there had been a severe problem with a broken dryer vent and also took advantage of their all natural botanical essential oil disinfectant product, at the price they quoted. The 2 men, Brian and David that did the job were excellent and they finished completely with the 2 hour time frame, that I was quoted. They gave me information on the cleansing product so I could look it up while they removed the dust..there was no pressure sales, just information on what products they offered.

I have wall to wall carpets in my condo. Decided to have entire condo carpet cleaned at the last minute. Prestige accommodated me, were very with next day service. Travis cleaned my condo, and rugs came up like new. He then scotch guard the rugs. I cant get over how great they look. The color came back and all the stains are gone. Travis was very professional and prompt and had them done in no time. I have already recommended Prestige to a co-worker.

We were very impressed with the service Prestige has provided us! Mike and Josh were wonderful! They were punctual, efficient and very professional, explained all to us and answered all our questions. They did not make any messes and protected our hardwood floors. This was my first experience with having my ducts cleaned and I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Prestige Duct Cleaning.
My sister-in-law has had their carpets cleaned by Prestige and they literally look brand new! She recommended them to me for my duct cleaning. ..and I am so pleased I went with Prestige!
The technicians Drew and Michael were prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing as I also had the dryer vent and A/C coil cleaned.
Even though I am in the midst of renovations they still took the time to put down drop sheets as they went about doing their work.
The company notified me to give me the names of the technicians and their arrival time and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their work.
ALL companies should be honest and courteous and operate in this manner.
My experience with Prestige was very positive and I will DEFINITELY have them back and I have already been referring them to friends and family.

We hired Prestige on June 17, 2015 to clean our ducts and carpets. We were extremely impressed not only by the way we were greeted but the quality of the work. Our daughter had recommended Prestige to us as she has used them in the past. We could not have gone to a better company. We have had our ducts cleaned previously but never as efficient as this. Everything was explained to us and to us that speaks volumes. We would highly recommend Greg and their technicians at Prestige. We gave them a 10+ out of 10.

I hired Prestige Duct Cleaning of Whitby, On. and I cannot say that I was not satisfied of the good service they offered. I had hired other companies before because they were offering cheaper deals but I have really seen the differences on the services. The cheaper ones send you people who come in your home, open your doors without your permission or wait for you to direct them where the outlets are. And since more than 2 years, they keep calling and harassing you (nightmare). From what I have experienced with the two nice guys from Prestige, I will definitely recommend to anyone their services. They were really professional and polite. I was more than happy just minute after the job was done that I could ventilate the house and breathe better air.
