Had an issue with a basement leak, sent an online request and Luc called me soon after providing me with great information on the possible cause and how to fix it. Responded immediately and used best of breed repair technique - High pressure injection with grease gun nipples and electric pump. Price was fair considering the repair kit ordered from the US would have cost me $300 and then I would have had to do it myself with no guarantee I'd have done the job properly. Very satisfied.

Called on a Friday night before Christmas Luke called me back in about 10 mins had a guy a couple of days later and fixed my crazy leaks in a couple of hours. Not too expensive and I did not have to trench the side of my house.

Luc was very prompt to return my call even though it was quite late in the evening on a Friday night.
He set up an appointment for a few days later.
He showed up punctually on the agreed date, and proceeded to explain the repair process to me.
He assured me that he will not leave until the leak is 100% repaired.
