Patrick came to replace my garage floor and discovered a major problem with its initial construction and an associated failure of a portion of the foundations. I had long suspected something of this nature but the extent was alarming. Patrick diagnosed the problem quickly and offered sensible remedies all the while explaining options and costs. He then proceeded to the agreed repair which was completed without delay and a minimum of disruption.

Patrick and Action Restoration were contracted to chip away and remove an existing garage floor and replace it with a new, properly graded garage floor and they did exactly that, at a lower cost than any other companies I had contacted.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Action Restoration.

Patrick and his crew responded immediately when I called about leak that was spreading across my basement carpet. Not only did the crew help to divert drainage water away from my house, but the owner himself, Patrick, took on the onerous job of vacuuming the water out of the carpet himself since I didn't own a wet-dry vac. He was soaked when he was done, but didn't flinch at the prospect of helping out a customer in need!

Action Restoration provided me a timely estimate of the work that would need to be conducted to waterproof my 70-year old block-foundation house in the Billings Bridge area. Action Restoration's estimate was $4K to $6K cheaper than two other companies I contacted! On top of this, the other companies would not help me move away any of my landscaping or decking. Action Restoration had no problem addressing this. I could have easily spend another $10K hiring carpenters, gardeners, masons, and pavement contractors to help repair my property after the work was completed, but Action Restoration took care of all of it for me. The process was seamless.

I genuinely feel that Action Restoration, and in particular it's owner, Patrick, really cares for their customers. Patrick and his crew worked efficiently to waterproof my home. Patrick updated me every day as to the progress and never left me in dark.

The crew is professional and the owner works alongside his crew! Needless to say, when you're faced with foundation issues and water infiltration, it is very stress-inducing, and that last thing you need is additional stress caused by shady contractors. My house is now water tight and looks as good as new! Action restoration did an amazing job restoring the stonework that had to be dug up as a result of the foundation work. They even helped me use some of the large boulders they dug up to landscape my back and front yard. I have absolutely zero regrets hiring Action Restoration! Had a small leak develop over the past weekend in my foundation which was leaking water slightly. We contacted a few companies and never got called back. Patrick called around 12:30 yesterday and took the time to explain everything. He came by at 4pm that afternoon and fixed my leak until he can dig it up in the spring and seal it properly from the outside. I'd recommend him as he is straight forward and will explain what needs to be done to solve it properly without any run around. Best part is the wall in the storage area is dry this morning.

Given all the work we had to do on our foundation, Patrick suggested we consult a structural engineer at Keller Engineering. This was money well spent. Patrick worked quickly and efficiently and accommodated our tight schedule to get the job done. I was in contact with him daily and he explained everything thoroughly every step of the way in terms I understood. He worked well with the guys on site who were renovating our pool. He tells you straight exactly what's wrong with your house, unlike some other foundation companies we got quotes from who missed some really major problems. He's also a really nice guy and takes pride in his company and work. I would definitely recommend Patrick for any foundation work.
