Jake was the tech who came to the house. He was efficient and very knowledgeable, able to answer all the questions I had for him. He thoroughly explained the procedure he followed. He even showed me pictures of the furnace parts that needed replacing. Great experience.

Had heating and air conditioning replaced not very satisfied with both in my opinion both are under capacity for my house, not enough circulation on the second floor, technician was here 3 times had to bust the furnace to the maximum flow 115% and still no much flow was promised a company rep would call but never did

Hottest weather this season. The Trane furnace a/c unit controlled from an Ecobee thermostat was not doing anything. Carter was right on time and sorted out the problem. The air conditioning was running again quickly. We heaved a sigh of relief. Carter did our annual maintenance in April and both then and today made he and Limcan our preferred service people.
