If I had known what a difference stucco would have made to my home, I would have done this years ago. David was very thorough in his description of the process. Everything was done exactly to his specifications. Everyone involved was polite and professional. I will be using this company in the future to do my stonework. Fantastic work and the price was reasonable.

Got Stucco done on second story and stone facing on front, aluminum all around, they resloped the terrace and did a bulkhead around the terrace. Everybody did a great job from the carpenter, stucco guys, stone guys, electrician, aluminum guys. We are really pleased with the result. It was a big job involving a lot of people and everybody took pride in their work.

William and David did a fabulous job on the front of my house. The project included two semis - mine and my neighbour. The craftsmen they use - particularly the gentleman that applied the stucco - are superb, the best in the business. Throughout the project we had numerous rave reviews from our neighbours as they past by. The project was completed on time and within budget. The company came recommended to us by a neighbour who had similar work performed on their house two years earlier. David and his team did the exterior of our home 2 years ago. We recently had an issue with the joint on one of our downspouts. Within 24 hours of asking David for some assistance it was fixed. Now that's how you spell service.

Got quotes from 3 different contractors and Exterior by Design's was competitive. Two main factors contributed to choosing Exterior by Design: completion date and no "secondary" touches done by somebody else. Doing the complete job gave us peace of mind that no "blame" would be thrown around if something would not be right.
The attention to detail of the crew and their workmanship was excellent. They frequently queried when in doubt about some possible design options and they worked timely to complete the job.
The carpentry job done by Ryan was equally impressive as was his ability to "see" our design... without having one.
Main reason I would strongly recommend Exterior by Design is because they took the time to listen and "make it right", meaning, help us materialize our vison, and we're very appreciative of that.
Some communication issues, perhaps more annoying because we all contracted Covid at home just before the project started...

We hired exterior by design to remodel our porch area and steps, with a new railing, new limestone tiles as well as adding a stone veneer to the side of our home and around our garage.
The entire process from start to Finish was done so professionally and it truly exceeded my expectations.
From the beginning they showed so much care and attention to detail. They used their professional experience and opinion to choose which colours, textures and styles would suit our home.
The contractors were so punctual and so hard working, they did such a beautiful, clean job. They worked at a great pace and took their time to deliver a seamless and perfect job. The level of perfection is something I’ve never seen before.
