David and Will met with us to explain the process and to pick out colours. They answered all of our questions during the process.The guys Lucus, Stan and Banter were awesome they had total respect for our property, covering decks and areas from debris. The guys who stoned were Charlie and Andy they were equally as good at what they did for us. They all did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Met Dave at the National Home Show. Then I read the reviews on HomeStars and decided to engage them. Not disappointed at all. Reviews on HomeStars were justified: Dave took time to explain the work and all work was done with expectation and quoted service. No deviations at all (first time ever in all my projects ). The crew (so sorry forgot their names) was professional and diligent. The lead made sure that the colours chosen are what we wanted. He gave us some more newer samples in addition to the ones Dave us. We are very pleased with the results. And our master bedroom that was initially always a couple of degrees lower than the rest of the house is now warm and cozy for the first time after 3 years! Stucco by Design's insulation works and I'm pretty sure it will withstand winter!

We had high expectations and weren't disappointed in any regard. The crew were outstanding. Catered to any suggestion we had. Area residents whom I've never met make appoint of stopping and commenting how great the house looks. Overall we are very happy with the work.

Our home had deteriorating wood panelling on the 2nd storey which we wanted to replace. We met David at the Home Show in Toronto and asked him to quote on stucco. David spent hours with us going over the options for both stucco and new eavestrough, fascia and soffit and we were able to come to an agreement to move forward. The crew had a challenging installation as we have a large sunroom in our backyard which they had to build scaffolding over in order to stucco 2/3 of the back of the house. In addition, the weather in March didn't cooperate however the crew forged ahead and completed the stucco in good time. As soon as the stucco was completed the other crew came in and replaced all of the eavestrough, fascia and soffit which was completed in 2 days. We have been very happy with the results and would highly recommend David and his company. On another note, we had a destructive Woodpecker poke holes in the stucco on 3 separate occasions which David had looked after in a timely manner. The fact that a Woodpecker can do this isn't a reflection on the quality of the stucco or installation it's simply a fact that Woodpeckers are able to do this and we had to take measures to keep it away from the house (we didn't kill it!). This renovation is 4 years old and looks as good as the day it was done. Very happy...

Now that the painting is complete we truly can admire the total finished look of our home, it is beautiful.

We wanted to replace all the exterior wood boards and trim on the house with a low maintenance product that did not require regular exterior painting. We were impressed by David and his team from the Homeshow and decided to hire the company for the stucco job. The colours for the trim and exterior walls were selected but we were not sure of the style of moulding or columns to choose from the brochure. In the end we let Exterior by Design choose the window trim as well as the general design. The finished product is amazing. Our neighbours have commented on the stucco job and how good the house looks. David followed up with all our issues to ensure we were happy, even when he was out of the country. My only comment is that the Styrofoam bits get blown everywhere and clean up could have been more thorough. David and team, thanks for a great job.

David provided the best quote to do my roof, eaves troughs and to stucco my entire house. Due to the busy summer season and that David's core business is stucco, David sub-letted out the job for the roof to another company and I was unhappy with the service that the other company provided. I told David that I was unhappy and he took the time to fix all the issues. The roof and the eaves troughs now looks really nice! I can't believe its the same house. I am very satisfied with this work and I am looking forward to David and his crew to stucco my entire house and to start within the next 10 days. Thanks for all your help David!

We needed our roof done and we also wanted to get rid of some vinyl siding we had on our home. We call Exterior by Design and spoke to David. David was professional, courteous and punctual every time we met. He gave me a great price for the job. We had a roof redone, the worker were clean and did a great job. We then had our vinyl siding removed and had stucco put in. The stucco came out great. It really improved the look of the house.

We were very happy with the quality of work and the final product was excellent.

David and his team did an excellent job. They started earlier than expected and finished the job on time. They were clean and hardworking, showed up on time and did not miss a day even came on Saturday and sometimes worked till 7pm. Fair price for the work done and I am totally pleased with the job - my home looks like new. My curb appeal went up 100%!
