Dan and his crew were recommended to us by my aunt who happens to work for HGTV and who also had a complete main floor reno done by Baycat. My aunt knew first hand about their highly skilled craftsmanship and professionalism as Baycat did remodelling work for some of their tv shows. We needed an in-law suite and had a bit of a tight timeline. Fortunately for us Dan and his crew were more than up too the task. Dan was very professional in so many different aspects of the project. He expedited getting our permits, gave us several design ideas as well as helping us save on material cost and keeping us within budget. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the whole experience. I hope to be seeing Baycat again in the spring for some outdoor patio & landscape work.

VERY surprised to see other clients pictures.
Had to have contractors repair their work, including fixing 5 leaking windows installed improperly and add insulation around new doors and windows. There was NONE. SHOCKED with the shoddiness. Definitely not a professional job.
No accounting (even though requested), but I do have payment proof and expectations in texts.
They just really could not manage it.

Dan did an amazing job on our backyard deck! His price was much more competitive than the other contractors we had bid on the job.

Baycat renovated our entire living and dining rooms from floor to ceiling. They installed built-in cabinets around our fireplace, replaced our hardwood floors, put up crown moulding and trimmed everything out. Dan came up with some great ideas and attention to detail that really made a difference in this space. He even took the colour into our hallway and created a stunning wall treatment!
