Ontario Shake N'tile

These boys hit the ground running, to a man the hole team was very polite and professional, they kept the job site clean as they worked and we were never in a mess. I can't say enough about the team that worked on my home they were awesome to watch and pleasure to deal with

Adam came quickly after our request for estimates. We had compared different products on line. This was the best product for many reasons. Although it is slightly more expensive than some other metal roofing products, it is well worth the money. The installation was done quickly and completely.

Adam came during installation to follow up and ensure things were progressing well. He shared "bird's eye" pictures to show the work in progress and returned after completion to give use pictures of the finished job.

We had no problems throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend this company and product.

From the start we very felt comfortable with the sales rep Adam and everything that he said to move forward with Ontario Shake nTile roofing. we had a good experience with the installers and they were wonderful and job was completed on time and as promised. We would recommend them to any on looking for a metal roof.

After struggling with an asphalt roof that had cracked, curled and dropped pieces into the garden virtually since the day it was installed in eight years ago I sought quotes on re-roofing. The building is very high, three and a half stories, the mansard roof is very steep, and access is very limited as it is multi-residential and surrounded on two sides by tenant access to parking, so all the quotes were high and the biggest part is labor. I started looking at permanent roofing: the quotes were double to three times asphalt but the expected life of the roof is also far longer at 50 years versus 12. By far the best quote came from Ontario Shake 'N Tile. On line reviews were good, I contacted the manufacturer of Kasselwood Metal Roofing systems to review their ability to stand behind the life-time warranty (the manufacturer not the installer provides the warranty) and found them very well established, reviewed, financially viable and professional: they also recommended Ontario Shake 'N Tile as an installer. So I selected Ontario Shake 'N Tile. As soon as the weather improved in spring I was contacted about the delivery of the material. The local rep checked to make sure everything was here. The next day a large and friendly crew arrived bright and early as scheduled: they worked fast and well, were polite and friendly, ensured access for all the residents, cleaned the site every day and finished the work so fast the neighbours commented on it. I arranged for an inspection on the day the roof was completed, minor defects were repaired immediately and cheerfully, and the roof looks fabulous. My realtor tells me it has increased the value of the building. I received the warranty in the mail within days. I am very happy with the work and if it wears as well as it should over time I would give them the full five stars. Excellent service, gorgeous product, great warranty.

My wife and I recently purchased a Metal Roof and chose the New Cedar look . It is beautiful . The sales rep ( Adam ) was wonderful and answered all our questions and concerns. He even jumped in to ensure any minor service concerns were immediately taken care of ( Same day in fact). The installers (Nick and Walter) were fantastic and professional and would keep us posted of their schedule for lunch breaks which they did not have to do but were that considerate and would phone when they would be coming each day. The clean up of the job site each day and when all done was excellent.
Our neighbours are always commenting how great the roof looks and how they love the style.
We can't say enough good things about the experience except that the quality of the product ,the road appeal of the roof, and the professional and caring nature of the Ontario Shake and Tile Company team is Top Notch !!

Like many others dealing with problems of substandard roof tiles we approached the idea of a metal roof with some trepidation. Such a costly and serious undertaking must be done properly. But I"m happy to say that from the moment we first dealt with Ontario Shake N'Tile we felt much better about the whole process. Adam explained everything we wanted to know about, the product, the process and what we could expect. From there everything went smoothly. The installers were terrific - working efficiently, quietly and quickly. Any necessary on site changes were explained thoroughly. And the cleanup was very good.
Now we are just happy to sit back and enjoy our new roof without any worries about what problems spring winds or summer storms could bring.

Excellent (so far) product installed by two of the most willing, helpful and skilled artisans I've employed for a long time. They worked willingly & cheerfully through snow & freezing rain, kept standards high despite conditions and then cleared up really, really well at the end. I cannot praise them too highly - especially the way they kept us informed every step of the way - verbally and by message. They are the sole reason to rate the Satisfaction 4 stars.

Sadly the same high praise cannot be laid on their management. The sales person was evasive and glib. When he did return calls, it was slow, and did not address the issue. The idea of handing us over to a single point of contact account or delivery manager after committing seems unknown to the company. We were given very little information - much of which was contradictory - that we contemplated cancelling the contact several times & experienced a high degree of stress.
It was only the high quality of the (US) product and the hard work of both installers that made this important project a success.

Paid for quality, received a leaking roof and they refuse to respond to calls and emails to repair the issues! Hope people verify with others before losing money using them!
