He told us exactly what we needed, to call Michael to get the parts and showed us how to fix them ourselves. We were amazed by his integrity and honesty. We got the parts and Michael showed us again how to fix them. Within an hour, we had fixed windows that had been annoying us for years and saved thousands of dollars replacing windows that were still good. I am so impressed with their integrity and willingness to help us this way. This is the kind of business I will refer and use any time I need doors or windows in the future.
