Overall great place to do business. I had one issue that was quickly resolved. Product is holding up rather well. I was worried at firat cause of the price i paid but i got the extended warranty for cheap so iam covered. I wasnt pushed like other funriture stores in to making a purchase which was important to me. Thank you again. We will be back,!

bought a couch there, within 6 months in started cracking and coming apart at the seems. i took pictures and showed the service person at furniture alley. they sent someone to look at it and said it wasent worth fixing. said i would have to pay the labour $700 plus and they would pay the material $ 150. what a joke , the management and staff are crooks. this store sells garbage.

We purchased a sofa, love seat and kitchen suite from them and also spent the extra money for extended warranty. With this extended warranty we were told that it covers everything including chips out of the kitchen table and chairs. Within 3 months the couch started to sag, so we called them , they came out and said it was normal wear and tear. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. I dont think with only two people living in my home it should wear out that fast.

we stummbled on this place.they dont have a huge selection but we negotiated a price and delivery was exactly what they said.i feel i got excellent value and service from this store and will likly visit again

We were driving around, saw this place and decided to walk in for a tour. We walked out with a 3-pc coffee table set and a 3 –pc living room recliner couch set. Our salesman (Stew) and the store manager were very pleasant to deal with, and we found the pieces that we have been looking for for a very decent price, so we are very happy.

The items were delivered to us on the following weekend, when we took the boxes off; we found out that the coffee table set was not the set we ordered. But lucky for us, the wrong sets of coffee tables were very nice too, and it went very well with the new couches we bought. We happen to need an additional coffee table set for our upstairs living room as well, so we decided to keep this coffee table set downstairs and reordered our original set that we liked at the beginning for our upstairs. I called the office and spoke with Christina about it, and this problem was resolved promptly.

So far, we are pretty satisfied with everything. Everything we got seems to be well built and solid. We bought a entire bedroom set from the Brick too when we first moved to Edmonton about 3 months ago, and we have to say that, for us, shopping at FA was a better experience. We are glad that we didn’t read these reviews before we went shopping as we would have likely not shopped at FA. We are very glad that we went in and made our purchase from FA and we hope the company will continue to keep us happy :)

My husband and I recently purchased a dining table with 6 chairs as well as a full bedroom suite. We made the purchase and picked it up almost a week later but in the meantime I read the reviews on here and was horrified! I was positive our stuff would be damaged and that we were in for trouble trying to get an exchange... However I am pleased to say that we had no problems whatsoever with furniture alley! We dealt with a salesman named Bob who was very personable and really helped us out. When it came to getting our furniture, it went very smoothly and we set it all up today and aside from a tiny little scratch on an area that isn't seen, everything is perfect! We feel that we got an excellent deal for what we purchased (and we've been looking on and off for years) and we felt that Bob was a great salesman who didn't seem 'money hungry' and who didn't pressure us at all. I would definitely make another purchase from this business in the future.

Bought a sectional leather couch less than a month ago. When sitting down on the couch we heard the wood break. We're average sized people and we're not jumping on the couch! Called to have someone out to fix it were told that we needed to drive the couch back up to the store to be fixed. OUT OF POCKET! We live 2 hours from the store and had it delivered via moving company. We were told by sales reps that included in the cost of extended warranty was in home repair on ALL parts of the couch.
DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE ALLEY! They'll tell you anything to sell you something!
