We were very pleased with the job Adanac did of extending the life of our cedar roof. They replaced shingles and shims as needed. Clean up was terrific.

They were very honest in their assessment of our roof - that only a repair was needed, not replacement. We had a big name company come out prior to Adanac and they certainly weren't as honest.

We chose Adanac Roofing to remove our cedar shake roof and install shingles and gutters because we had observed their crew working in the neighborhood. We though their work ethic was excellent. It was the right decision as we are very pleased with the choices we made regarding quality and colour to compliment our house. Working with Dan and his crew was great, they were quick and all the work was perfect, shingles and ridge caps straight. We highly recommend this company.

We highly recommend Dan Marr and Adanac Roofing as a very fair and competent company. As our house is on a steeply terraced lot with no driveway access I was concerned the removal of the shingles might damage our mature garden as the shingles had to be hauled to the bin at street level. Dan assured me this would not be a problem for his crew. They were very professional, arrived when they were scheduled, were extremely efficient, accommodating, respectful (no loud music blaring from the rooftop) and friendly. Steve set up a plywood barrier around our house and garden that would have protected Fort Knox. I was very impressed not a single plant was damaged. We chose Adanac after interviewing several roofing companies. We were presented with detailed quote to strip the cedar shingles and install asphalt type shingles. Adanac had a very professional attitude and the crew performed beyond expectations. I added an item after the quote and there was no problem in doing that. I called several different gutter companies and none of them would give me the time of day because what I needed was so small. Then I called Adanac Roofing and Gutters and it was a completely different story. I spoke to Dan Marr and I explained that I needed a small job done and I was in no hurry, just whenever I could be fit in. After fielding several quotes to have our roof replaced, we decided to go with ADANAC.
It was the BEST DECISION we could have made. The crew arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and hard working as there was only a 2 day window to get the roof installed. Our roof is a VERY low slope, and due to some shoddy work done by a previous contractor, baffles had to be installed. ADANAC discovered that the insulation that was supposed to be put in the roof wasn’t there, Dan remedied the situation for us. So not only did they do our roof, they helped with fixing some of the deficiencies left over from the previous contractor.

Cody provided next day service for a quick and efficient installation of a vent for a bathroom fan. Upon entering the house he took off his shoes, sized up the project from the inside, then proceeded to the roof to carefully cut a hole in the correct location. He installed the hose, clamping it to the vent, then fastening the vent to the roof. We were pleased with his conscientious manner and attention to detail.
