Our lap top was becoming difficult to use; browsing was impossible without random pop up windows disrupting the activity, very slow, shutting down randomly. Pete was prompt and had everything cleaned up and my computer working again within an hour. It was a great experience.

While I could have gone to a big box store and be presented with older machines being liquidated, making way for newer machines, and being served by uncaring part-time employees, I chose the path of a company whose sole interest was making me a happy customer. I let PC service on site know what I was looking for, gave them a budget. They were extremely attentive to my desires and made some excellent suggestions on what kind of machine I should buy because they have the experience to consult a customer on a solid purchase. While I am new to the Barrie area, Peter and Meredith, made me feel that I have known them for years.It is very difficult to gain someones trust, and ask them to spend a large amount of money site unseen, but I certainly endorse these 2. I am planning to make all my future computer related purchases through PC service onsite

Ok so my laptop completely gives out on me, complete memory dump and I can not get it to load back up. Forget that ALL my legal documents are saved on here and everything work related but this is my lifeline to my husband and kids (all living overseas). I called the manufaturer as stated all over my screen and they wanted me to ship them the laptop and pay for a new hard drive and service and I would not see it for 3-4 weeks. I called Pete and he advise I drop it off in the morning which I did. Not 3-4 weeks later and not even 3-4 hrs later he had me up and running and back online. This is not the first time I have gone to Pete and I am sure it will not be the last, I would not recommend anyone else. He is thorough and honest and most of all he understands the need we have. I will use Peter again, Very Professional and trustworthy, My line of work i'm for the most part un-trusting of anyone I don't know but i'm glad I found this company online. Quick service and good price for the work done. He didn't inflate the time spent on work as he took my computer to his office. Very good Job, will use this company again.

Pete was an excellent worker on my computer, very personable, willing to help, patient kind. He was here for a very short time solved the problem and charged $20.

We were in the process of setting up our offices, relocating to Orillia from Mississauga, and during conversations witha potential supplier, Pete Skinner at PC Service On Site was recommended to me as an excellent contact to set up our computers and printers. We wanted to have our new printer connected to both our PC laptop and Apple computers and to be able to print wireless. Pete came to our cottage and set the whole thing up in about one to two hours.
Prior to this service, he helped to get our computer running wireless from our new router. This was done remotely saving both time and money.
We are very pleased to have a technician that is both knowledgeable and available to serve us in cottage country.

I had some problems connecting to my wireless router at home and gave a call to Pete. He played around with some of my equipment and after a very through investigation he was able to pinpoint the problem everything went smoothly and he got my internet working again!!!!

Last week I called Meredith at PC Service On Site to see what we could do to fix the setting on my HP Photosmart printer/scanner. The problem was that my scanner settings were creating PDF Files which were far too large to email to Fellow agents and my clients.

Within a day or two, her partner, Pete Skinner arrived promptly at my home office and took a look at my setup. After a thorough investigation, Pete found what he was looking for buried deep within HP advanced settings menu. That made all the difference.

After several test, we were able to scan a sample offer and reduce the size of the PDF's down to one third of what I'd been getting before and without losing any resolution! So now I can scan and email offers without them being humongous in size, a critical part of my business.

Pete also installed Drop Box on all three of my computers so that I can transfer files quickly and easily plus have backup of all my important files store on the cloud.
