Furniture Relocators

I just used this company and it was the worst experience ever. Caused significant damages to multiple items, wrecked the textured ceiling in my new home, and never responded to my concerns after the move. So many great movers out there folks, choose one that won't make you regret it. They also make you sign a waiver that releases them from any damage caused, so if you've just spent $300 on booking an elevator for a 2hr window and then these guys show up with documents for you to sign... you've just been backed into a corner. Awful experience and now the legal actions will have to start. Just great.

**Update**
So Furniture Relocators has responded. Yes my statue was repaired by the previous movers, however they also reimbursed me $750 for destroying it. Furniture Relocators broke the statue in an entirely new place, however wants to jump all over this illogical idea that it was previously damaged. They're not even mentioning the damage to my Restoration Hardware sofa, the door frame of my place, the ceiling, or how my mattress received a nice coat of dirt.

They make themselves sound like they are open to a phone call, but they're definitely not open to emails as they kept demanding I call them... I fail to see what a formal email that stands up in court would change over a phone call? I'm a Physician and I wouldn't write this unless I truly wanted others to recognize that this owner is completely unprofessional and your taking a gamble that things go well. If they don't, you're NOT protected! You will get the short straw, your items will be damaged, you will not be compensated.

Contacted BBB to make a formal complaint, this company uses BBB logo on their materials however is NOT registered with the BBB. BEWARE, the deception starts early.

I hired furniture relocators to assist me with moving to my new home in Calgary. They were on time, friendly, very professional and extremely careful with our furniture. Furniture Relocators was also incredibly affordable compared to some other moving companies I've used in the past. I'd use Furniture Relocators again for all my future moving needs!

I hired Furniture Relocators to move me within Calgary. They showed up on time, were hardworking and efficient and had a GREAT customer service attitude. I would recommend them to anyone (and have already done so to friends).

We hired this company to move our stuffs from Calgary to Edmonton since they were the ones who gave us the most affordable quote from all the good rated movers in HomeStars we've inquired with. We were quite worried at first since we have a couple of long and large furnitures and we live at the top floor of an apartment. But reading the previous reviews made us a little bit more at ease.

On the day of the move, they arrived a few minutes early. There were two guys-Garett & Terry (hope I got their names right). They did the paperworks first and started moving our boxes and furnitures. My husband and I were amazed on how fast they are! 1 bedroom apartment all done in an hour and a half! Can't imagine how long it will take us if we did it ourselves with a U-haul. They arrived in Edmonton shortly after we did. Once we're done with the move-in inspection with our landlord, they started moving in our things. They were faster since our new apartment is just beside the door and only on the second floor. I think it just took them more or less an hour.

Our furnitures are all good. No major damages at all. We just saw a couple of small scratches on our long tv bench but we can barely see it once we're sitting on our couch. But considering on how small the hallway and staircase are in our old apartment, they really did a pretty good job there.

I have had many issues with moving before and was worried. Thankfully these guys far exceeded my expectations. They showed up early, were very punctual and were hard and diligent workers. There was no damage to any of the items or either of the properties which I am very happy about. The team even managed to fit everything safely into the truck in one trip, which saved us a lot of money. I will certainty be using their services in the future.
I would like to once again thank Austin the the team at Furniture Relocators for doing such a great job.

This is my first time using a professional moving company and I was beyond impressed. The guys showed up on time, were courteous and very professional throughout the day. I was nervous about dents in the wall but they showed great attention and were cautious with the fragile items I expressed concern about.
Overall very satisfied and great value for the work received. Would definitely use them in the future.

We were moving furniture to our basement and garage for house renovations. The movers were very good, took great care after renovations and fresh paint. They were also very fun to work with and very timely. I would recommend them to anyone.
