Built new home with Jager Homes. Area Manager, Ziad Tassi, was exceptional and added tremendous value to the process. Construction oversight by Chad and Travis ensured quality and timely possession.

I am building a house with Jager homes in Rock Lake Estate NW. My experience is exceptional with Jager specially with Zee Tassi the area manager who helped me a lot at every stage of the built. His guidance and advice in selection of lot and design was phenomenal. As I am out of country for work he updates me with pics at every stage of built and also we did face time to view the property. Zee's professionalism and commitment to his clients is at high standard. Spoke to Travis today and he also very cooperative and dedicated to his work and making sure that the quality is met. Zee and Travis, I am looking for your support and I know that the house will turn out to be great at the time of possession.

I got a new house built by Jager in Nolan Hill NW. Although the exterior has to be a certain standard/look, Jager customized my interior to my liking. The sales associates were great to deal with, and understood their job. My site superintendent Travis was very easy to deal with as well, and got things done or noted for me very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them as a developer.

We built with Jager in Rock Lake Estates and we are very happy with the overall service and our home. The sales process with Ziad was beyond exceptional- his attention to detail, honesty, and knowledge made it an easy decision for us to build with Jager. During the building process, Travis and Chad went above and beyond to ensure timelines were met and our house was built to the standards we had expected. we are very happy with our home and thankful for their professionalism, and care.

We currently moved into our new custom build home by Jager homes in Rock Lake. From the first meeting to the finishing of our house everything went extremely well and could not be happier with the process. As a matter of fact we are already tempted to make another one.
When we were just window shopping for homes, Ziad at Jager homes turned it to a reality. Ziad and his team have been there every step of the way to answer our questions and deal with any concerns we had. Ziad had to draw several floor plans to accommodate our special needs and make the house fully functional. Our one of a kind unique custom build home is reflection of Ziad’s creative mind and knowledge. Ziad represents example for “first impression is the best impression”. Site supervisor Travis went out of his way to meet all our requirements. Throughout the process we met all their trade people who were helpful to suggests us achieve the look we want for our home.
The affiliated suppliers were wonderful to deal with during the selection process. The quality that Jager put into homes is second to none and we can see the pride of work in every aspect of our house.
Since one of us in Real Estate business we are aware of the quality and this was one of the transactions with Ziad at Jager homes. We look forward to continuing this journey with the team at Jager Homes.

I recently bought a house from Jager homes in the new sub-devision in Rock Lake, NW. The purchase process was so swift, the show home manager Ziad and staff were so helpful and transparent in explaining and finalizing the purchase agreement, no issues. The first post occupancy inspection went well and most of punch items were resolved. I do recommend Jager homes if you are looking of building a quality home.

I read the reviews prior to building with Jager and I must say that I have had a great experience with the company thus far.
Ziad has been very helpful and honest throughout the sales process (recently, so has Arely). Travis the construction manager has also gone out of his way to accommodate my requests and exceed my expectations. The house is not quite complete but all of the trades that I have spoken to have been extremely helpful and competent. As with most builds the house has taken longer than expected that is the only negative. But, the house looks fantastic and we can't wait to enjoy it!

We recently bought new home with jager homes. The sales staff , specially Ziad was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were really pleased by his services. But the building process was somewhat hectic. We found that there was communications gap between the builder and your selection. But we are pleased with overall worksmanship and quality.
We understand that few things we totally weather permitting.

I am currently building my home in Nolan Hill and am very happy with Jager Homes. It is upsetting to see how people vent online about terrible experiences and very few give out any praises. Well, here are mine.

From the time of walking into the sales centre, the team was AWESOME! This is my first time building, although I have purchased used homes before, and the experience can be a bit overwhelming for a first time buyer. BUT the sales team and suppliers were all very helpful and attentive to answer any questions I had.

Now that our home is in the process of being built, we are thrilled to have communication from both the sales and constructions teams. We are getting weekly updates and photos - which help a lot since I travel 60% of the time. My family and I can not wait to see the final touches go in. We will be enjoying this new community very soon!

We purchased our home in January 2014 and we moved in by November 2014. Needless to say, we are very happy with the service we received from Jager homes! they have been prompt and courteous with our service calls and continue to be attentive to our needs. Based on the professionalism demonstrated by Jager homes, our friends decided to build with Jager as well!
