We are sorry about the fact you judge the whole move by this incident when the rest of the move went smoothly.
It took us sometime to find your bed frame but we finally located it and delivered. Now your review needs some adjustments to reflect actual information please.

Thank you for taking time sharing your experience with our company. As we informed you during our email correspondence we didn't stop looking for the missing parts and we'll keep you updated, however, it becomes more problematic considering the time elapsed from the date of delivery.
