We replaced upstairs flooring with engineered hardwood. Installers were super fast and understanding. Aside from a minor mixup with product would have rated 10*. It was a great price and would use again.

Kevin at Floor Diva was extremely professional to work with. We have never met a contractor that was not only always on time with every deadline but also came to make sure everything was going perfectly every time. Floor Diva did a custom hardwood order for us and installed it on our entire main floor as well as tile in our foyer. All of the installers we punctual, hardworking and very clean. They cleaned up everything it was truly amazing. We look forward to working with Floor Diva again for our washroom tile and new carpet on our stairs. The best part we have saved for last. Their prices are competitive and work with every budget. Great job guys and love supporting local businesses especially when they care so much about their customers.

We recently moved to Georgetown and wanted to use a local company. They gave a detailed quote and were so helpful from the start. We received an estimated timeline and it worked out exactly as planned. Kevin was readily accessible and would return emails and phone calls promptly to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience with Flooring Diva. Jessie and Kevin were great to work with. They were accommodating with dates, and more than willing to answer questions. With almost 3000 sq. ft. of flooring it was a little intimidating but everything went very smoothly. The hardwood installers did an amazing job and worked long hours. As well, the carpet installer, Amid was awesome. With 3 sets of stairs to carpet as part of the job he worked tirelessly to complete a beautiful result.

We were replacing our floors on the main level of our home from carpet to laminate in all rooms except the Kitchen and bath. We also had teh carpeting replaced on our staircase from the main level to the basement. We had shopped around for product and services at various Vendors in the Halton area and Flooring Diva was one that was recommended by a family member who had previously used them. Our visit to Flooring Diva proved to be very fortunate as we found a laminate and carpet that met all of our needs (Style, quality and price). My wife works from home and therefor our install had to fall within a strict time period to have minimal affect on her business and also due to our avaiablility to assist with moving furniture and being present when the installers were there. Kevin was understanding of our needs and worked with us to schedule the install on the dates requested. The laminate installers (Joseph and partner) were true professionals, both skilled and efficient as was the carpet installer Asha? who did a great job on the stairs. Our floors look absolutely amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend using Flooring Diva for any/all of your flooring needs. Totally impressed by the team at Flooring Diva. From the time we first met Kevin at the store, to our basement measurements, floor delivery, installation and garbage pick-up, it was all very professional and one on one personal service. Went for the Tuscano 'Ruth' laminate by Evoke, wanted a distressed floor and easy maintenance (no more foot prints on the floor) and Kevin helped us right from the get go. We'll be back in future to do more business with Flooring Diva - we give them an A+!

This is our second time dealing with Flooring Diva. We purchased laminate the first time for our basement and we were so pleased with the price and the quality of the product we returned for our main floor a few yeas later.
