Becker Windows And Doors

We were going to replace our 25 years old front door, but struggled to find a suitable Product and reliable Installer until we heard from a few people about Becker Windows and Doors...
We scheduled an appointment at Company's factory showroom, and met Alex: - what a bundle of knowledge! He went with us through all possible options for 8' Executive Panel Front Door with two sidelights that would give our house a fresh and rich look, and be Energy Star Product as well.
We met Alex three more times at our residence to confirm style and color options. He took his time, was very patient, and answered all of our questions on a professional manner... So, we felt confident to place an order, being cautiously optimistic about installation as the Fall was approaching, and we were concerned about weather...
But this man meant what he said: the production was on time, and the installation process was just like HGTV show - flawless, clean, fast and courteous!
Every day we still come home and look at our front door again and again, and we love it!

We had windows installed about 5 years ago. They were installed “Brick to Brick” with all new extensions and new moulding. 5 years and they still look gorgeous! A week ago, I found out that in one of our front bedrooms, the screen had been ripped a little bit. I found out later that our beautiful cat “Romper” did this!

I placed a phone call to “Becker” customer service to find out what could be done and ordered a new screen. I found out that the rep that we dealt with 5 years ago has retired and they took my information and said they would be in touch. Two days after, a new screen was delivered at no extra charge by their installation supervisor “Alex”.

What service! I wish more companies would be that service oriented in todays world.

I will always refer “Becker Windows” to anybody who asks.

Last Wednesday Beckers Windows and Doors replaced my 6 windows and 1 patio door and 1 exterior door. My question: Is it the way the installers do not put silicons between the casing and the wall? Since it is the first time I have my windows replaced. I totally have no idea. I went to Home Depot to buy dap and an associate told me that the window company should do the job. I make phone calls, leave messages, send emails and get no replies. I have to keep calling. Finally the Burlington salesperson, who was so nice when he came to my house and gave me a quote, just told me it is the painter's job to put on silicon. I don't know and have to ask here. Hope somebody can answer me.

Had a walkout door and window replaced in kitchen with a western exposure. I Expressed my concern about the UV damage caused from the sunlight(had the complete house done 5 years earlier and did not get the protection I paid for). They explained that this was an inferior product and took the time to educate me on what was needed for this situation. It has been 2 years and there is not a hint of UV damage on my new floor and cupboards(done at the same time). The quality of the windows are superior and they do a brick to brick job, not just a retro-fit. Trust me, you get what you pay for. They are finishing the rest of the house now, live and learn.

I am the kind of person who researches any big purchase long and hard before making a decision, so when we decided to get new windows, I got quotes from six different window companies. For Becker Windows, Serge did our estimate and he really took the time to explain how their windows are made and how they compare to the competition. He had knowledge of all the other companies we were considering and he explained how their windows differed from Becker's. Becker's printed material was superior and the most informative and their website was by far the best out of the six companies we contacted. Serge was so easy to deal with and he replied to my emails quickly and answered any questions I had thoroughly and patiently. He also worked with his manager on our behalf to get us the best deal on what I concluded, were the best windows of the bunch.

On re-measure day, Serge came with Alex. Alex is a wealth of window knowledge and seems to know everything there is to know about windows! He not only did the re-measure, but he also helped me to make an informed choice on which type of windows were best for which areas and the sizes of the windows for my casement/fixed/casement windows. I'm so glad I listened to his opinion, he was right, they look great! Serge and Alex took their time here with my husband and I and we learned a lot from them and enjoyed their company. They are the type of people who you would like to have as friends. Of course, it didn't hurt that they brought a really nice box of chocolate biscuits too!

We were expecting the windows to be completed in 6 to 8 weeks, but to our astonishment, they were done in 2 weeks! Our installation was done on an unseasonably warm day in December 2013. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a wonderful job, installing all the windows in one day and they left the place perfectly clean.

Serge and Alex were in the neighbourhood and dropped in about a week later to check on the job the installers did and to make sure we were happy with everything. They also brought us a bottle of wine, a Christmas card, mugs and more chocolates!

We are extremely pleased with our, now two year-old windows and with our experience, beginning to end, with Becker Windows. The windows are beautiful and functional and they’re still like new. The house is warm and quiet. The folding casement handles are great and we love how easy it is to remove the screens. We will definitely be giving them another call when we replace our two doors.

We confidently and gladly recommend Becker to anyone who is in the market for windows and/or doors.

I recently (Dec/15) had 7 new windows (retro-fit) installed by Becker Window's and Doors.

I had various quotes from different companies. Becker's came in as the cheapest, as their website promised.

Other than being happy on the price, Serge (Sr. Acct mgr) sold me on their company (values and workmanship).

I was assured of a tidy and courteous crew, a timely installation and a wonderful curb appeal that doesn't break the bank.

Serge and his crew delivered on all the above!

I was in need of 2 very large bedroom windows in an older home plus a very small bathroom window and a regular slider in another room. 4 total windows. I was very happy with Serge who assisted with the in-home assessment and recommended the various windows for the rooms. He is a wealth of knowledge about the windows. The measuring and install was very efficient , the installers arrived right on time, and were quick and thorough. I am very pleased with the windows and would highly recommend Becker Windows and Doors.

Becker windows and doors was recomended to us by our friend. There is no better way to go than word of the mouth. Our friend had her windows done 8 years ago and had no problems at all.
We did our homework and had four other estimates to compare with and Becker won. Becker windows are made here in Canada and all hardwear as well. Warranty is fully transferable and it is for life ( parts and labor) this was one of their stronger points in our decision. Everything went smooth and exactly how it was signed in the contract .Thanks goes to Serg, Alex, Cule and Kosta.

Had (14) Windows, (1) Side Door and (1) Patio Door replaced in early spring. Becker Windows did an outstanding job with these. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From Simon the sales rep to Cosmo and Danny the installers, everything was very professional. Installation went very smoothly and was done in less than (2) days. Windows were a mix of casement, sliders and awning. Very happy with the overall project and windows still look great after (5) months. I have (4) windows that will probably need to be replaced within the next (5) years or so. I know who will be first on my list for the project!
