Two years ago we purchased a quartz countertop and undermount sink through IKEA, and it was installed by Uniform Custom Countertops. A couple of days ago, the sink became unattached and fell into the cupboards below. This should not happen in two years, and obviously it was not installed properly in the first place. When I called the company, they said the warranty was only good for one year, and we would have to pay for it to be reinstalled. I do not recommend this company for their workmanship. We did not want to pay again to have it installed improperly, so we got someone else to do it, at considerable expense.

We used this company through Ikea to do our kitchen counter tops, first they could not seem to find our order, then cancelled agreed installation date twice. After all the issues they arrived and did the template, after 4 weeks they came to install.

The installer was rude and came inside our house with his muddy boots, we had to remind him to remove them, he was sloppy and uninterested in his job.

After installation my nanny signed the form they gave to her, that all was completed on the form.

When I arrived home 2 hours later I checked and the stone was damaged and the installation was totally botched. I called them and was told to send pictures, we did. They then told us that since we signed the form that any repairs will be out of our own pockets.

Uniform did an amazing job installing our countertops! The sink fit precisely, the counter was snug to the wall and one place where there's a chimney stack coming out of the wall they cut around it perfectly. Very happy with the customer service as well as how quickly everything was able to get done, just prior to Christmas.

In our case Uniform was the company chosen to cut and install the counter when ordered through IKEA.

RONA sold me the solid countertop and contracted it through Uniform Custom Countertops. I was very nervous as this was my first major renovation on my first home, but everything was terrific! Uniform came out to my condo to template and took the time to work with me on a layout. I have a small kitchen, so we had to position the faucet to the side of the sink. I had never thought of putting it there, but now that everything is installed it looks GREAT! I trusted the guy and wasn’t disappointed. The installers arrived an hour early (Seriously. How often does that happen??), worked quickly, cleaned everything up and I cannot believe how great everything looks. Would definitely recommend!

we were building our dream cottage and we were fortunate to meet with Cortney, one of the reps from Uniform Custom Countertops.
This was our first experience and with this major investment, and the statement this was going to make for our new kitchen, we were extremely anxious. Well from beginning, to start Cortney made the experience perfect. The professionals we met along the way from the selection process of the slabs to the measurement with Rafaelo to the installation with Jim was exceptional. This was a difficult installation as the island was oversized, however, the seam that was required was matched perfectly. Everyone that has seen this kitchen is extremely impressed and rightly so. I will be recommending this company to eveyone I know.

We needed a fabricator for a granite fireplace surround. Uniform was very reasonably priced and professional to deal with. There were a few really small scratches in the finished product, which my installer noticed after we'd picked up the pieces. Uniform corrected these immediately and without question. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and for larger projects.

This company was terrific! They were very helpful when I went out to choose my granite. The fellow who came out to my condo to template did a fantastic job because the counter is a perfect fit. The fellows who came to install arrived early, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I was delighted with this company's level of service and will definitely go back to them when I do the bathroom. Thanks.

My second time with this company. Lowes sold me the solid countertop (LG Hi-Macs) and contract the installation to Uniform. Both installations were flawless. In each case, the installer made a perfect template and explained options for dealing with imperfections in cabinetry or other issues to be dealt with. In each installation, the final product was installed quickly and the various counter pieces all fit the spaces "like a glove". It's a pleasure to watch craftsmen who can work quickly and confidently. Installation company is HIGHLY recommended as is the product made by LG. I should also mention that the product was exactly as paid for; installers arrived on time and cleaned up every speck of dirt.

He was veryful from the ideas he gave us to rearrange the kitchen to rebuilding and installing. The hold process was fast clean and very professional. Couldn't ask for a better job done thenk you
