Had Maria and her team redesign and upholster a couch and 2 chairs. Maria was very professional and offered excellent suggestions for redesigning my outdated furniture. She has a good eye for design and was very helpful when choosing fabrics that would work in the room. Pickup and delivery of the furniture was on time and efficient. I would highly recommend Maria and her team.

I had 6 dining room chairs that required a face lift. I was sceptical at first to search for upholstery companies on line but after talking to Maria a few times, I felt very comfortable. Maria was very professional. She picked up my chairs on time and suggested a fabric which she thought would look beautiful and elegant on my dining room chairs. Maria delivered the chairs within two weeks as promised and I was blown away when my chairs were delivered. I was VERY happy and pleased with the detail on the chairs. The fabric was great and the workmanship was nicely done. Thank you Maria - job well done. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

I had a entire dinning room ( 8 chairs ) two occasional chairs, dining table with leaf, Armoire plus 5 down pillows. Re upholstered plus total refinishing on all pieces. My first contact with Maria was in May 14 but didn't request her to do work until Nov 14. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! The company was on-time, on-budget, excellent follow up and on point but most impressive was her wonderful staff! I would highly recommend for first class work. She has an eye!

I recently was referred to Classic Touch through a friend. I had never hired an Upholsterer in the past and was quite nervous about handing over my family antique furnishings to a complete stranger.
Well, fear no more, Maria and staff came to my house, recommended fabrics and stains to complement my décor and gave me a quote along with an acceptable delivery date for both of us.
I had 5 dining room chairs, love seat & chair set and 3 antique living room chairs repaired, re-stained and/or re-upholstered and ALL were delivered ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I was very impressed especially, at this time of year.

We were looking to refinish and reupholster an antique, tufted, winged back, coiled chair. While searching through reviews on Homestars, the name Classic Touch kept coming up. Maria came to our place for a consultation and from there the whole processes was extremely seamless. She walked us through our options for the fabric, hardware and stains. She was upfront about the amount of work that would be needed for the chair. I had seen some of their work before at a summer fair so I knew I could trust the quality. For the quality of workmanship and care they take during the job, I think they are very reasonable in terms of price. We are so happy with the finished chair and we would definitely recommend Classic Touch to our family and friends.

We had our sofa and couch reupholstered after 18 years. It was my grandmother's so it was special. They redesigned it slightly and did a spectacular job of making it more comfortable and more beautiful than ever. Their craftmanship was outstanding with every attention to every detail. We had an old but beautiful mahogany dining room set but it had some damage and we didn't like the orangey stain colour. We called a number of places and came across Classic Touch on Home stars. We were very impressed when Maria visited our home to provide a quote. She also made a great suggestion to move the dining set that we had in the dining room to the kitchen and the one that we want to refinish to the dining room, as it was more formal. Well the finished product is amazing as you can see from the pictures. The suggestion to switch the set was an excellent one. Communication and delivery times was also great. We would use Classic Touch again and recommend highly.

Four years ago, my husband and I spent a lot of money on a unique sofa to fit our living space. Unfortunately, the price did not reflect the quality. We had to make a decision whether to re-upholster or buy new. Not having found a suitable design to replace this sofa in the year spent looking convinced my husband and I to consider re-upholstery. Having never done this before, we did know that re-upholstering could be a risky proposition if the wrong company was contracted. I found Classic Touch through Home Stars and contacted them based on the reviews I read. I am ever grateful that I did!! Maria came to our home, complete with samples and we discussed whether or not re-upholstery was a good option. One of the challenges was that there were no separate pieces in the current sofa. All of the (poor quality) cushioning and seating was sewn into the material. Maria and I spoke at length about the process of changing that and whether it would be worth it. And of course how that would affect the design. A quote was given and we decided to trust Maria and Classic Touch. A week later, our sofa was whisked away. Five weeks later it was returned – completely changed yet having all the lines and curves that made it so perfect for our home. What is really wonderful is that now it is more distinct than it was to start with! The fabric that Maria helped us to choose is thick and luxurious, well able to beautifully withstand our cats and grandchild. Her knowledge of design was evident when she helped us decide what colours, fabric and texture would best suit our home. The workmanship of Classic Touch is top notch. The saggy stuffing that once constituted cushions has been replaced with thick incredible seating. I can’t say enough good things about our new sofa and I cannot recommend Classic Touch Upholstery highly enough. In the upholstery industry, trusting is hard. Classic Touch earned our trust completely.
