We had several contractors approach us with estimates for the repairs. In contrast to some of the others, Great Canadian stood out as being very professional. Right from initial contact to project completion. The field estimator was very polite and professional in representing the company and making us feel comfortable. The estimate was thorough and the price was very fair. Over the winter as we considered our options, the estimator was persistent about staying in touch, but never pushy. Once we decided on Great Canadian, the process was clearly laid out. Communication between Great Canadian and us was exceptional. They always called letting us know what was going to happen and when. The roof was scheduled, material was dropped off the day the roofing crew started. They worked quickly, treated our property with care, and their workmanship was exceptional. After this, the siding material was dropped off and that crew started. Again, fast, professional, excellent work. This was followed by the eaves-troughing. Again, fast, professional, excellent work. As each stage began, the sub-trade would contact me to let me know they were coming and roughly how long it would take. They were polite, and dealt with any questions I had in a courteous manner. Overall, the whole process was very friendly and professional. Workmanship was exceptional. No short cuts or cut corners. Each crew cleaned up after themselves. Our property was always kept tidy during the process. We would have no reservations about recommending Great Canadian Roofing and Siding as your contractor.

Men and gal were extremely friendly. Quality work. Done a month before they said they could do it. Very happy with that. Excellent site clean up. Post install inspection to make sure everything was on par. Took away the extra for me. Very satisfied with the work and the Company. Price was very respectable as well.

The crew was very professional and exceptionally hard working. They came when they said they would and were very thorough in all aspects of the job.

We had a tree fall and damage a portion of the eaves and shingles on our front porch, and the insurance company recommended Great Canadian. In addition to the damage by the falling tree, we also had them replace the eaves on the rest of the house and put some on our new garage as well. They were so incredible!! We asked a lot of questions about the process and they were always so helpful in making sure we knew exactly how things were coming along and what work needed to be done. We were leaving for an extended trip, and they were so willing to work with our timelines and make sure everything was taken care of before we left. The work that was completed was second to none, extremely well done!! Anyone we spoke to was friendly, professional, and so very helpful. We are so happy with the service they provided and will use them again for any type of this work!

My estimator got me a quote quickly, work completed was done very well and in a timely fashion. Had 1 small issue with the install (missed a added vent) but was rectified the next day.

I have just had all of my siding, shingles and eaves replaced due to hail damage and am very pleased with the work completed through Great Canadian. All of the trades people were considerate and respectful, they were very professional in the installation and cleaned up after themselves.
