A water leak from a garburator caused extensive damage including hardwood floor and cupboard involvement. Our insurance company suggested Titan Construction as the company for rebuild. We have been very pleased with the service provided. Every trade that entered our home was top-notch. They have been efficient, knowledgable, polite, creative with unexpected challenges and timely. We are unequivocal in recommending their professional services to anyone.

While Titan was doing our insurance rebuild, we contracted privately with them to do $3000.00 worth of other upgrades in our home unrelated to insurance claim. We were that certain of the quality of work they delivered .

Our basement flooded when a neighbour left their hose running overnight. Titan was there to assess the damage right away and their repairs were prompt and thorough.

For years the shifting ground has made the supports for my car port unstable. As well the main beam held up by the supports was rotting at each end. It was more than 60 years old. On a recommendation from a neighbour I selected Titan to do work similar to what my neighbour had done to his car port. They were clear in their understanding of the problem, even consulting with my neighbour, and described a very quick solution. Their cost estimate was exactly what I expected for the project. They managed to get the work done before winter set in. Now I can sleep better, knowing the supports have been updated, the roof stabilized, and the foundation solidly supporting that part of my house. The crew were courteous at all times, consulted with my about many decisions, and they cleaned up the site really well afterward.

Due to the faucet leaking of the bathroom , it caused the damaged to main floor Ceiling and also the drywall of the master bedroom.

Titan was assigned to us through an insurance claim and we couldn't be happier, Dale was great to work with and kept me in the loop through the whole process, all of the subcontractors were great to deal with and the work that was completed is impeccable, looks like nothing ever happened! Would definitely use them in the future if we need work done again.

Titan was hired by my insurance company to remove and document my property inside the house then demolish the house after a fire last xmas day. I'd like to add that only 1 room was destroyed with severe damage to the second floor directly above the room that was destroyed. I walked through the house the morning after the fire, I know that most of the Items they could not "identify"were not in that room or above it, My home being declared a total loss was due to smoke and water damage not complete destruction by fire! I was told by my adjuster that these people were professionals and he talked me out of being there myself when the house was cleared. The documentation of contents they sent me was missing so much of what was in the house I was stunned. What they did document gave the impression this was the first time they had ever done this kind of work, bags filled and marked unknown items, unknown personal papers empty paint cans and drywall mud containers burnt brooms mops etc.If you believed their report all I had for clothes was 10 pair of socks and 6 t shirts. The only thing in detail that was somewhat accurate was the contents of the refrigerator. So they then destroyed what they did document as unknown items and personal papers including recites, tax documents etc claiming it all as unrecoverable even though they send me photos proving that they were still legible. The people who work at Titan for whatever reason made a difficult time infinitely worst convincing me to hire a lawyer and let him deal with these people. Coincedently I'v just been told that anouther company has been contracted to finish the demolition of the house with no mention of Titan.

My basement received water damage due to an incomplete vapour barrier provided by my builder. Titan was hired to fix, and provided timely professional service. We contracted them to add a subfloor and frame partitions when the fix was done. Titan provided valuable feedback to planning the basement. Being a carpenter myself, they carpenters on staff were very skilled and knowledgeable and helped us plan the best option for the basement. We are very happy with the service and would Definitely recommend them to others.
