From the moment we called Angelo we knew we were in good hands. He provided us very good advice related to what we needed to have done and also pointed out a couple of issues with eavesthroughs we needed to get addressed. Watertite did an excellent job waterproofing the foundation of our 85 year old house. They went above and beyond my expectations and were very communicative throughout the entire project. When we needed access to the side door of our house, they built a ramp for my wife who was eight months pregnant at the time. They also returned with extra gravel to even out the driveway. The roots from a big old maple tree got into weeping tile system of house. Water poured in from every crack in wall and floor. Watertite came to the rescue. They were extremely professional, very resaonably priced and fixed our problem. I would recommend them for anyone looking to improve their living conditions of their house. Watertite works!

We own an older home in Etobicoke built around 1947. Because the cinder block foundation can leak, we had water leaking into our basement. We got a quote from Watertite (Rino Aversa) which was the best of all the quotes we received: clear statement of work, good cost breakdown, and all work done at a reasonable cost.

We are very happy with the results. The work was done professionally and although there were delays because of the weather, these guys earned their money. Hand digging prevents damage to the foundation and the work was very clean and neat.

Rino and his jobsite foreman Barry were very helpful, they answered all our questions, dealt with problems we didn't know existed, and so we highly recommend Watertite.

If there was an 11/10, I'd give it to this company. The service was extremely professional from the owner to the crew working. Very labour intensive work completed on schedule. Honest and straightforward communication with owner regarding any issues that came up from the work. I would recomend them to anyone needing waterproofing work done. Onsite manager present daily, owner responded to phone calls/queries promptly. Exceptional service!

Watertite was contracted to correct our wet basement problems. We asked a number of companies to review the building and they were by far the most comprehensive and professional with their quote and follow-up.
The work involved excavating around the house,(by hand), removing concrete walkways and digging below front and back porches without removing the structure, to gain access to the foundation wall. Started on time, and even finished a day or two faster than projected. Stone wall neaded to be re-parged before waterproof membrane could be applied, new weeping tiles, back-filled and finally new concrete walk poured. Good attention to details throughout and no problems downstairs ever since.
Would hire them again, but they did such nice work, I don't expect to ever need them, so can only recommend them!
