Stefan and Thomas turned up on the day and despite poor weather conditions were able to complete the work quickly, very accurately and were meticulous in cleaning up. Artisan was friendly, easy to communicate with, and informative when assessing an over fifty year-old sidewalk around a church that had become out of alignment. Not only the work required, but also reasons, were provided as well as suggestions for possible future work and conditions that really do not need to be repaired. The workers were also friendly and informative and left the work site very clean. I recommend Artisan and I intend to use them in the future.

Martin and his crew did an excellent job on our driveway which had very uneven slabs throughout. They arrived early and stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to our friends and will have them back to do another job for us. Loving our new driveway!

Amazing , Amazing, Amazing! Soooooo impressed with the workmanship and the effort that was put in to fix and repair someone else's bad workmanship from some 20 years ago. These guys worked hard for 2 full days at my home and didn't stop till it was done. It looks better than I was expecting and even the neighbours are commenting on how it looks. My recommendation....Don't go anywhere else!

The Poon residence in Burnaby had a badly settled ground floor concrete slab which had caused severe cracking in the granite and ceramic tiles. This was a result of poor and inadequate base preparation by the original builder.
Martin and the Artisan crew scanned and located the floor heating pipes prior to injecting a concrete slurry which jacked the slab back to its original position.
The work was carried out efficiently and effectively. The crew is well experienced and performed in a friendly and professional manner.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Martin Cyr and the company have proven to be highly professional and competent. Due to land settling, my driveway ended up a couple of inches lower than the garage. I also had warped walkways around the house posing a risk for those using them. Martin Cyr showed up quickly to provide an estimate which turned out to be very competitive. We then agreed on a target date. His workers showed up on the date, worked hard all day, did a great job, and cleaned up the area very well. Martin showed up the next day to inspect with me to ensure the work had been completed to both our satisfactions. Only then did he accept payment.

Our back walkway had sunk 9" and the adjoining 200 sq. ft. patio had sunk 3"--it was major trip hazard. We checked around for quotes, but Artisan’s 5 year warranty on their work, their WCB coverage, and affiliation with BBB and Homestars were definite deciding factors.
Martin came out and gave us a fair assessment and made our job a priority. He emailed us with scheduling and kept us in the loop—great customer service.
Stefan and his work team did a phenomenal job lifting the concrete slabs of our back patio & walkway--it was a REALLY tough job. But his crew persisted when the job got tough--We had an unexpected 6"-10" void under the concrete slabs, so they ran out of concrete, but were back with more within the hour to finish it. Martin stuck by his original quote and we weren't charged for the additional concrete! His team went above and beyond our expectations with the work and service they provided.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Artisan and their crew to our friends and family. One of our neighbours has hired them to do his driveway after seeing the work they did on our patio. A very professional job done by a great skilled team!

When the crew ran short of material late in the day I was concerned they wouldn't be back for days, having to come from Surrey to North Van. However, as promised, Martin gave my job a priority and the work was finished early the next morning.
The porch and walk have been lifted maybe 5 inches and it all looks great.
