i quot 3 company , direct energy is cheapest one , and the service men is very knowledgeable,and they provide financing.they came in time,very professional .after 3 years no problem at all.

Good company, good management, You do have to ask a lot of questions, just because there are many options to consider, different types of furnaces. Warranties provided and so on. fidn out what warranties are provided by the manufacture as well as the service provider.

We have lived in our home for more than 30 years and it was time to replace the windows. We discovered some water damage by our front window prior to getting quotes so were concerned that it might add to the cost and / or be a problem. The people from Direct Energy came out, provided a quote and made us comfortable about what was to come. The water damage would be no problem and it wasn't. Fast forward 8 weeks or so and the new windows had arrived. The installers were great and we'd recommend them to anyone who asked.

They came in and recommended two different furnaces, and gave very detailed description of what their furnace could do for us. The installation was very efficient and quick. They were on time and the follow up instructions were thorough on how to use it. Great.

Replaced the HW heater with a tankless model after they recommended their model. The install was good but the product was not as good as they described and not worth the money.

I ended up paying twice the price because the one guy pointed out the furnace would need service after they came in. Where I got ticked off was that it felt like a snow job - they were in/out in 45 min but then find out the furnace was not kicking in. I phoned up the person that serviced me and we had no heat and I couldn't get them to come back. When they finally came in the next service person told me the starter wasn't working and it should have been fixed by the last person.
