I must say I had a very bad experience with this company. The product we wanted were not in store, they told us they can order for us and will take two weeks to arrive. However, 2 months later still have yet arrive and they would not refund us our money back. I called them and dropped by the store many times, and they told us the products is back order from China. And blah, blah, blah...
We finally got our lights, but one them was damaged and missing part. My wife hates this store so much, so we decided not go back for the exchange. Stay away from this store!!!

I should say I got a nightmare this time. I put my order (paid full amount) at November 30, 2014 and I told them I bought the lights for Christmas and the sales lady told me order will come one or two weeks. However, until now I still did not receive my products. I called them and dropped by the store many time, now they told me this is backorder, and don’t know when will be delivery. Also every time call them, they always say call me back later but I never received their call. I asked them why promise call me back and I never received call? Guessing what they tell me? They SAID they call me and nobody response! OMG! I never get any call from them! Also If they told me this is backorder I will not buy it. And I want my money refund but they refuse to do so and ask me continue waiting without any date.

For whom your money was taken by this store, if they do not have the lights you ordered and also refuse give you money back, you can filing your dispute to credit card company for money back.

I had a bad experience with this company. I placed an order on August15th and they promised I would relieve it in 6-8 weeks. I called on the end of October and they said "It's expected on the end of November". I called and passed by to the shop about 20 times since I placed the order and asking to speak to the manager. He sent me an email saying "Not to expect one of the orders till the end of January and the other mid-February". I tried to exchange the order with something else they had but I didn't like any of them. I asked for a refund and they did not agree to give me back my money. I started sending them multiple emails but I got no reply. I advise you not to deal with this company.
P.S. It's still not confirmed how long they will take to finish the order.

I was prompted to write a review after the 1st order I placed with this company because I sang such high praises, I have turned into a returning customer. Not only is their selection never ending & the best prices, but they also have the BEST communication team. Their stores will be the FIRST place I check for lighting! I highly recommend this Concept Lighting! I am finally excited to have found a place that has my eclectic taste and it won't cost me a fortune to special order. I no longer even look at my local Lowes or Home Depot for lighting or fixtures, there is no point.
