Morrison Homes

Downsizing is tuff but Morrison Homes really helped us to see that a smaller home is beautiful. Great people to deal with and made the whole building process exciting for us. We are so blessed to have built will these guys.

I am very happy with my new house (duplex) that Morrison Homes built. Some minor glitches have been immediately addressed by Morrison Homes' service department.
I would not hesitate to buy again or recommend buying a house from Morrison Homes.

Everything is perfect. We just love it. Anyone seen are house they just loved. We will recmended others.

We investigated several new communities for a new home, including across south Calgary (mostly and mainly) and Okotoks. Decided on Morrison homes for their design concept, location and desire to work with the purchaser to get the home that was expected. Very pleased with Morrison. They were willing to be flexible and gave welcome options for consideration. We enjoyed the purchasing experience with just enough get up and go with think about this.... The home that was built has a variety of modifications to accommodate occasional wheel chair access, open concept layout, many personal preferences of ours, the purchasers. We appreciated the recommendations from the sales person and Morrison group through the design period. Happy with construction workers - rough and finish; inside and out. We had only one issue that concerned us but Morrison rectified with full support. We were happy(!) with the response as we hadn't had such a dedicated response previously. Very pleased with the house, the construction and the experience. Family and friends are impressed with design and layout when they come over for a visit. Thanks, Morrison group. (Currently been in house for >8 months.)

Two Year Update (JUL2020): We have been in our Morrison home for a bit over two years now. The new home euphoria has worn down and we have more neighbors now. We wouldn't change the wording of the original post and we stand by it; especially after seeing some of the less stellar construction that occurred around us. What we see, more obviously now, is that Morrison WAS thorough in their design and planning and rough and finish construction (the whole of the process). Their focus on providing a complete and successful home build is still greatly appreciated.

Everyone at Morrisons Home were friendly, helpful, and cared about their customers. We are glad that we had Morrison Homes as our builder. We had great experiences with the builder and always felt involved in each steps of the building process. Morrison Homes and the staff have always tried their best to make us happy homeowners.

Every month they have to come and do warranty work for items that need to be fixed.

All concerns are addressed instantly. They even fixed my moving damage without question.

Our main floor hard wood was damaged before moving in
They don’t try fix it all before possession
For the past six month
They coming back to fix only half of it
First fix only partial of it because run out of materials
Second trip to come back only fix another portion of it
The guy who is fixing said he only have a order to fix partial of it and not fix all of it that day
And then no one coming back to fix the floor at all
It is more than half year and still no one to coming back to fix it

Staff at Morrison Homes is always professional and easy to work with. They made the process of buying our first home easy. We are happy with the product.

Built a duplex with them, and from start to finish they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Quality work, and even after a year, their warranty/customer service is commendable.
