It is unfortunate to hear that you are not happy. As a repeat client that did the entire house since 2004, we are saddened to hear that you are unhappy or that there was a miscommunication. Per your contract, you ordered kitchen Patio Door that was installed and according to the installation certificate you signed, you are happy with the door and with the installation crew. Sammy never promised you anything else to be done that was not stipulated on the contract. Hence, the front door sweep that you asked for was never discussed. Please reconsider removing this false review, since your warranty will be null and void per terms of agreement item #19.
Also, you forgot to mention that Loyal Seal went way beyond and above to accommodate you. Installation was done on Good Friday, when everything was closed.

Not sure what prompted you to post a review 3 and a half years later (installation was done Dec 2019).
We have a form signed by you upon completion of the job where you expressed only joy and happiness from the door that was installed for you. You were also a repeat client that did two reno projects with Loyal Seal Windows and Doors.
Please note, posting false reviews voids your product warranty (as per terms of agreement), so please reconsider and contact our customer service at 416-661-7570 to discuss any issues you have with our product (not some tiles that were not damage during installation). Misinformation and damaging company name can be also prosecuted through law system.
