Reid was very professional & showed up on time. He takes pride in his work. He made our 14 year old carpet look and feel decent again! Best carpet clean ever. Will definitely hire him again.

I contacted Reid based on reviews from Homestars and he definitley lived up to his reputation. He was super friendly, willing to provide advice and information and did a great job on our carpets. We have really light beige carpets with two small children and a little dog. We've schedule him to come back. He was great.

Reid did an excellent job. Showed up on time and was finished in less time than he estimated. Carpet came out fantastic. Also, he only charged us for actual carpet cleaned and not the areas occupied by furniture, never had that happen before. I highly recommend Reid. You will not be disappointed. Call him!

Reid was very prompt in returning my call, confirming the appointment the day before and arriving on time. He did an excellent job. My very dirty carpets look almost new again!

Top notch service began right away with the first phone call. Received a response even though they were on vacation. Received a call back exactly when promised and was given knowledgable support and a comprehensive cost estimate. When the appointment came, they were on time, prompt and courteous. The results were outstanding despite some very real challenges (4 kids, including a toddler and more than 2 years since the last cleaning). All in all, very impressed with service, quality and cost. Would recommend to anyone.

I got our condo cleaned $150.00 and our 2 story house $300.00 for the services. He was very quiet, quick and helpful in teaching me about how the carpet will dry and become less staticy. He was on time (early even) and was friendly. Would certainly call him again! Thanks REID!

I have used Alberta Rug & Upholstery Cleaners for as long as I can remember. Reid has never failed to leave me totally satisfied with his great service. He knows carpet fibres and fabrics inside out, and how to properly take care of them. He is thorough and very respectful of my home and furnishings. Reid explains what he is doing and why, and gives me great tips for maintaining my carpet. When there are specific stains that needs to be addressed, he takes the time to discuss what the stain is so he can properly remove them - every time. He always calls when he is on his way to confirm his arrival time. I completely trust him as he is the one that is in my home. Clearly, he takes great pride in his work. Reasonably priced too!!

We hired Reid based on the reviews on homestars and were thrilled with the results. We had used another company previously and were very disappointed (it almost looked the same after!). Although our house is a challenge (cream-coloured carpets...1 dog...2 kids) Reid managed to remove stains the other company hadn't and the carpet looks great. Would recommend him to anyone and plan on using him again in the future.
