Ram is our 'go to' for our carpet cleaning solutions. Always professional and reasonably priced. Great at removing pet stains and carpet dries quickly. Highly recommend. Excellent service for sure!

We hired Ram Cleaning to do a move out clean. We came home to find the piles of dust that they broomed still on the floor, the bathroom floors were not cleaned, counters had not be wiped at all in the kitchen or the bathrooms, the kitchen sink had not been cleaned, we were quoted for 2100 square feet and told them the basement was included in that square footage so it would be cleaned and they didnt even sweep the floors on the stairs. floors or anything or clean the bathroom that was included in our 3.5 bathrooms ...we also did not ask for laundry to be folded and changed over and it was done and they charged us for it even though we didnt ask for it. It was completely unacceptable and I had to do more cleaning that evening even though they brought in two cleaners for 3 hours. I complained and they said they would refund us for the laundry and one hour for one maid. Terrible. I had thought about getting a cleaner on a regular basis and this has made me 100% certain that I will never get a cleaner- especially from Ram. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Used Ram for residential carpet cleaning in a high rise condominium. Our bedroom was heavily worn and stained after several years of neglect. The carpet looks much better now and I would even say it looks great. Tech was friendly and efficient and provided some good advice to follow in the future. Will use them again for sure!

very poor maid service, they just left the house in same condition as it was before , as it was a move in cleaning we left the house and came back after 2 hours the maids were sitting in their car and the receptionist told me as 3 maids spent 2 hours at my house it does not matter they cleaned it properly or not they could nothing for me

It was easy to book the appointment. The carpets looked great after the tech finished and he was friendly and efficient. Our 12 year old heavenly worn carpets look great! The stairs particularly were very worn and they now look almost new! Highly recommended.

We have been using Ram carpeting for many years. They have prompt, and courteous service. We are always pleased with their ability to eliminate difficult stains. (ie dog pee) Thanks Ram

RAM ruined my carpet. No compensation no apology. Carpet came back all bleached out and ruined. They were Impolite and slippery. They suggested small claims court. Had to buy a new carpet. Stay Away from RAM!

Ram Cleaning Services recently cleaned our carpet and area rugs and I was very happy with the results. Jeff, the technician was careful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend their services.
